Loving pet care and dog grooming
Although I’ve been around animals (including dogs, cats, and horses) all my life, I have cared for other people’s dogs and cats for 6+ years have been an equestrian professional for 8+ years. I’ve been a dog grooming apprentice for 1 year, which has allowed me to interact with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Additionally, I have a degree in equestrian studies, so I know about top tier animal care while prioritizing a loving connection with animals. I am passionate about learning about my pet clients, their quirks, and am proud of the personalized care I provide. I am very communicative, and adamant on keeping the pet owners informed of their pet’s experience. Lastly, I have formal training in delivering oral, topical, and injectable medications, so you can have peace of mind that your pet is in great hands. I like to ask questions before providing my services so I can make sure I can provide the best care possible for your pet, and they feel as comfortable as if they’d known me for a long time. I love attending to specific pet needs and their quirks, and am happy to talk through anything they might require of me. While safety is my biggest priority, I also highly value comfort and trust.

Laura did an amazing job taking care of my cat Lyla while I was out of town for a week! She took lots of photos playing with Lyla + taking care of her food/litter box. I would highly recommend Laura for pet sitting!
Laura went above and beyond caring for our cat, Harry. She stayed at our house and made sure Harry got plenty of petting, food, water, and playtime outside. She did a great job and I would recommend her to anyone. I will definitely use her next time we leave as Harry was given so much love. Laura stayed with Harry even during the day when I told her she could run errands or leave for whatever she needed to do. Laura followed all of our instructions and sent pictures and videos of Harry!
I’ve known Laura since 2022 and can say without hesitation that she is one of the kindest and most caring people I know. The love she has for her own dog naturally extends to every animal she meets, including our own. Laura recently cared for our boys while we were away, and from the thoughtful questions she asked beforehand to the regular photos, videos, and updates she sent, we felt completely at ease. Knowing our babies were not only safe, but genuinely loved and cared for, allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to care for them.

Programa
I am currently a full time animal care and grooming provider, so my days wills revolve around your pet’s needs. I do some freelance online design work on the side so I might be on my computer at times, but be sure that your pet is my #1 priority!

- Before the service, I generally ask about your pet’s diet (including food, treats, chews), their potty habits, their personality and any quirks, activity level, their gear (if walks or playtime are applicable), their health/medications, and anything else to note or you find relevant to share.
