If I could give Charles more than 5 stars, I would. Leaving your dog with someone for an entire week is never easy, especially when you’re away on a work trip, but Charles made the whole experience stress-free. He took amazing care of our standard poodle, Duke, for seven days and treated him like one of his own. The communication was outstanding. Every single day we received photos and videos of Duke having a great time, and whenever we checked in, Charles responded quickly with thoughtful updates on how he was doing. It never felt like we were wondering if Duke was okay—we always knew exactly how he was doing. When we picked Duke up, he was happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. That’s really all you can ask for from a dog sitter. If you’re looking for someone who’s reliable, communicative, and genuinely cares about your dog, Charles is your guy. Duke has officially found his vacation spot whenever we’re out of town.
We couldn’t have asked for better care than what Charles and his girlfriend provided for our lively puppy! They were incredibly accommodating, even accepting our reservation at the last minute. Despite our pup’s boundless energy, they handled him with so much patience, care, and positivity. They kept us constantly updated, which gave us such peace of mind, and we could see how genuinely they cared. It’s clear they go above and beyond—we’re so grateful for their dedication, and we’ll definitely trust them again!

Charles and his partner took care of my Teddy for 4 nights during July 4th! They sent me constant updates and took protocols well. I felt at ease since it was my first time leaving my puppy. I never had any issues during the stay, and Teddy felt very comfortable and safe with them. He also played with other furry friends! Which I loved. I got to meet them before the stay, and they were extremely welcoming and friendly. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my puppy Teddy!!!! I do recommend for any anxious mommas like me ! Haha .
