“They were absolutely amazing. Mimi wasn’t feeling well when I left. She also gets anxious when I leave which doesn’t help her stomach issues. They did everything they could do to make her feel better. They constantly kept me updated. They sent a lot of photos and videos. I definitely recommend them. Can’t wait to use them again.”

“Ivanka took good care of my pups while I was away. She sent pictures and was very responsive if I reached out to check on them. Understanding of travel delays which was so appreciated. Will definitely trust her again with my pets!”

“This was our dog’s fourth stay at Marie’s and all went wonderful. Our dog enjoys walking with Marie and Napo, running in her fenced backyard and playing with plenty of tennis balls. Our dog has sensitive eyes and we really appreciated Marie applying his eyedrops daily. We picked him up happy and healthy. Thank you Marie!”

“Mackenzie was absolutely awesome taking care of my fur baby. She kept our line of communication clear and consistent, giving daily updates along with pictures. It was my dog’s first time boarding with anyone and Mackenzie really helped in making my trip a bit easier knowing my dog was in great hands. She’s the absolute best!”

“Michael is the best and took amazing care of our dog Henry! We could tell that he and his wife love dogs as soon as we met them, and we knew our pup would be in great hands. Robert was a great communicator and took great care of our Nyla girl. We set up a meet & greet ahead of time and he immediately posed his attention to Nyla. He followed our instructions to a T and when an unexpected health scare occurred while we were away, he quickly took her to the vet to be evaluated. We are grateful for his attention to our pet and will likely book in the future. Bonus: Our girl loved him too ❤️🐾 Thanks for everything!

Justin took such great care of Alfred during his stay! As a bulldog, Alfred requires a little extra attention and care, especially with things like keeping his wrinkles clean, and Justin did a wonderful job making sure he was well cared for and comfortable. He also sent a lot of pictures and updates throughout the stay, which we really appreciated and gave us peace of mind while we were away. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for Alfred and would definitely trust Justin to watch him again. Highly recommend!

We appreciate Mackenzie so much! Our dog Max was recently diagnosed with IVDD so we needed someone who has experience taking care of dogs with special needs. Max is on a lot of medications and needs to be expressed every few hours. He's a very shy boy who can take a while to warm up to others but Mackenzie wasn't fazed at all and took it all in stride! She always kept us updated, answered our questions, and followed any requests we had for his care. Thanks to her love and care for our Max, we were able to have peace of mind while away. We'll definitely be back whenever we need sitting for Max.

We had Becky watch our dog Grace for two overnights. Grace was very happy and comfortable there from the pictures she posted and how she was when we went for our initial meet and greet. A relaxing atmosphere with a house of furniture and such the dog guests can call home while away from theirs. A secure back yard as well for outdoor mingling with the other dog guests. We will be having Grace visit there again for the love and attention that Becky gives her guests!!!! Thanks Becky!

Spooky had another wonderful stay with Karyna and Emre! He stayed with them for 10 days and everyday we received multiple updates (videos and pictures) of all the fun he was having. It felt like Spooky was on his own vacation with all the fun things he was doing, which made us feel really comforted. We will definitely book with them again!

Jesse is an elder statesman, with elder statesman needs. Ehimare was great with him. I asked Ehimare to overnight board Jesse on two separate occasions while I was traveling. Ehimare graciously welcomed Jesse into his home, and I truly appreciate the care, patience, and subtle approach Ehimare gave to Jesse. He seems to understand dogs and truly care about them. To me, that means a great deal.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
