Paraná did a great job stepping in last minute after my original booking needed to be cancelled. I felt very uncomfortable leaving my dogs with her and will definitely rebook with her when needed.

Patama did a wonderful job helping us and our pup get acquainted with her family during a meet and greet. Our dog and hers got along well, and we were happy that she had someone to play with all week. Patama sent us pictures and videos each day as well.

Patama was very accommodating when I needed to extend my puppy’s stay by an extra day. The modification was handled easily, and I appreciated that she was willing to keep him longer. She also sent pictures throughout the stay, which helped provide some peace of mind while I was away. However, my experience at pickup was disappointing. The interaction felt very rushed and impersonal. When I asked how my pup did during his stay, I was simply told that he was “fine” with no additional information or feedback. It felt as though she was eager to end the interaction and return inside her house. After bringing my pup home, I bathed him and did a routine inspection. I noticed two gashes around his neck area, as well as what appeared to be insect bites near his rear legs. I understand that minor incidents can happen, especially with active dogs, but I would have appreciated being informed if anything had occurred during his stay. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the photos and flexibility with scheduling. However, due to my overall experience and concerns after pickup, I will not be using this sitter again

I highly recommend Patama. I have a high energy Corgi with a bit of an attitude. He is usually a picky eater, and it’s very hard to tire him out. After spending a day with Patama, he came home tired and actually ate all of his food. I received photos of him throughout the day, and I could tell he was having a great time. I can honestly say he enjoyed his day. Thank you, Patama!

Patama was great with our dog Kojak! She sent us photos everyday and was good about making sure he took his medication.

I can’t recommend Patama enough. She’s an absolute natural with pets! She’s caring, attentive, and brings such a fun, positive energy that animals instantly respond to. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just making sure they feel safe and loved, she goes above and beyond. You can tell she truly enjoys being around animals, and they love her right back. Your pets will be in amazing hands with Patama!
