“Rui is a super friendly person and accountable. He always kept me informed of what he was doing and his days agenda for the dogs. Rui sent me lots of pictures and updates. He followed all the given instructions for the dogs, and since one of them suffers from separation anxiety, Rui knew on how making him feel normal on his daily routing.
