We had a fantastic experience with Rafaela watching our cat, Phoebe! Before the booking even started, she came over to our house for a meet-and-greet to get to know Phoebe and go over her routine, which immediately put our minds at ease. While we were away, she was extremely communicative and sent us daily updates along with great pictures. She even went above and beyond by watering our plant! We highly recommend Rafaela and will definitely be using her again in the future.
Hailey went above and beyond when we had a family emergency out of town and had to abruptly leave for several weeks. Can't express enough our appreciation for her professionalism and reliability in taking care of our two cats, one which is diabetic and needs twice-daily insulin shots. Highly recommend.
Natalie came into a crazy first time working with me and 7 of my pets. One of the ferrets had neglected to get in the cage at the appropriate time and so she had to corral her. All while trying to give the appropriate attention to the cats and the dogs. She did a phenomenal job! all the Pets and the house were good to go and ready for me when I got home. Definitely recommend and will rebook.
Brooke was absolutely over-the-top amazing with our cats! She loved our girls, checked in, and sent lots of photos and gave updates each day. We were able to relax on vacation knowing they were loved and cared for. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Brooke and her pet-sitting. I was afraid my shy girls would hide- nope, they were living their best lives each day with Brooke. I knew it would be fine when they came right out to her when she came for the ‘meet and greet.’ Our cats just KNEW she was kind and gentle.
