Rafaela is amazing. We have had her several times. We will be asking for her again. The dogs love her.

We had a fantastic experience with Rafaela watching our cat, Phoebe! Before the booking even started, she came over to our house for a meet-and-greet to get to know Phoebe and go over her routine, which immediately put our minds at ease. While we were away, she was extremely communicative and sent us daily updates along with great pictures. She even went above and beyond by watering our plant! We highly recommend Rafaela and will definitely be using her again in the future.

I had booked Rafaela last minute and fortunately she was available! I provided instructions on how to get to my place and where everything was, and she was able to navigate well. She communicated with me prior and during and took sweet photos of my dog. Would recommend and book her again!

Rafaela is awesome. We she came to the house 3 times a day. We have one dog that is difficult to know and can nip. But my dog quickly loved Rafaela. We will be calling on Rafaela again soon.

We love Rafaela! She was our savior when we had to travel and needed someone to watch our 4 dogs. She was very communicative, the puppies love her and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our babies were being cared for.

I was so nervous about leaving my cat with a sitter for the first time, but I had no choice because of a family emergency. I found Rafaela through Rover and she lived nearby so it made sense. It was a very sweet experience. She sent me videos and photos of my cat, Miru, every day. Miru appeared to be doing just fine and there was a cat tree there so she definitely got comfortable. Rafaela's communication and kindness really made me feel comfortable leaving Miru with her. I'd definitely recommend her again and again!!
