About: I have grown up with both dogs and cats and am comfortable with all different kinds of breeds. I understand the importance of respecting animal boundaries and needs, and will take care of your pet as if it is my own! About: Ive taken care of dogs of every kind since I was born. Friends and family have relied on me to watch their loved ones and it is something I genuinely enjoy doing. I am currently working part time but can do walks and in house visits at any point of the weekday. Morning, lunch, and evenings preferred. I currently have one black Labrador named Yeti. I feed him twice a day with some treats throughout the day. I walk him atleast twice a day as well as play in the fenced in yard for atleast an hour. I will take him swimming at a pool or the beach.

We had a fantastic experience with Rafaela watching our cat, Phoebe! Before the booking even started, she came over to our house for a meet-and-greet to get to know Phoebe and go over her routine, which immediately put our minds at ease. While we were away, she was extremely communicative and sent us daily updates along with great pictures. She even went above and beyond by watering our plant! We highly recommend Rafaela and will definitely be using her again in the future.
Hailey went above and beyond when we had a family emergency out of town and had to abruptly leave for several weeks. Adriana was great. Pirate is shy but Adriana took time to win him over and he really warmed up to her. Sometimes when we are gone, he will have some little behavioral issues such as leaving us “presents 💩” right outside of his litter box. But thanks to Adriana for coming over and keeping him company, and taking care of him there were no surprises. He seems to be very happy and really like his new friend.
Natalie came into a crazy first time working with me and 7 of my pets. One of the ferrets had neglected to get in the cage at the appropriate time and so she had to corral her. All while trying to give the appropriate attention to the cats and the dogs. She did a phenomenal job! all the Pets and the house were good to go and ready for me when I got home. Definitely recommend and will rebook.
Brooke was absolutely over-the-top amazing with our cats! She loved our girls, checked in, and sent lots of photos and gave updates each day. We were able to relax on vacation knowing they were loved and cared for. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Brooke and her pet-sitting. I was afraid my shy girls would hide- nope, they were living their best lives each day with Brooke. I knew it would be fine when they came right out to her when she came for the ‘meet and greet.’ Our cats just KNEW she was kind and gentle. We will definitely book ONLY with her next trip, and feel great about being able to take more trips now that we have Brooke.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
