“Cheyann was very sweet and we really appreciated her helping us out with Minnie and Linus while we were away! We did a video call beforehand and she was very receptive to all of our instructions, and she sent us photos during each visit which we definitely appreciated. The only thing we would have liked was a little more communication about how they were doing during the visits. Even just a quick “they both ate, they’re acting normal, etc.” Minnie also threw up once while Cheyann was there and she cleaned it up, which we appreciated, but we weren’t told about it until after we got home and asked. To be fair, we didn’t specifically ask for detailed written updates beforehand, so that’s something we could have communicated better as well. Overall she was very kind to our cats and we appreciate her taking care of them for us!”
