From the minute, we walked in to drop Zoe off, Nancy’s husband picked Zoe up and amused her so that the leaving was not painful for Zoe or us. Nancy kept us continually updated on Zoe’s daily activities. Reggienald was excellent with my dog during a long 7-day trip that my family and I took. He made sure to send daily updates and photos, which greatly reduced my anxiety about leaving my dog behind. We love Rachel! Haha but really though, she's really been so awesome with our dog, Melia. And Melia is a 75 lb boxer who still has a bunch of energy at almost 9 years old. Another great stay! We couldn’t be happier with the care Linnea gave Fuji and Ayla during our trip. We are repeat clients and the girls absolutely love staying with her. They get so excited when we arrive. Linnea is incredibly attentive and responsible. Alanys took great care of my fur baby. She was more than willing to set up a meet and greet prior to boarding with her and was available last minute since other arrangements fell through.
