“Eric is the best! Our 6mo puppy Izzy had some stomach issues going on that caused us to have to, at the very last minute, cancel her stay at a Play-Care. I contacted Éric and he got in touch with me right away. Because she could be contagious to other dogs, he not only agreed to watch Izzy and but he also told me he would not take on any other dog guests for the weekend. He said ‘this is Izzy’s home this weekend’. I cried, lol! He knew we were in a bind and did everything he could to help us. I was blown away by his kindness.
