“I wish I could give 100 stars because that’s how great the whole experience was between her and our pup. From day one she was very understanding and open to work with us. My doggie is quite shy around new people, places, and other pups. He gets scared and intimidated and the first day he acted just like this. We were so concerned to leave him but Renibeliz was super on board and sweet about the whole situation. She didn’t give up on him, she kept us updated everyday with quick responses and even offered to give snacks. By the end my pup was really happy and comfortable and seems like he became her bestie and followed her around the house everywhere she went. I feel complete trust in her abilities to care for my pup. Will definitely book again for my next vacay. :-)”
