Felicita took wonderful care of our dog. We were initially a little worried, but she kept us updated and always responded promptly whenever we messaged her. We were delayed because of heavy traffic and bad weather, and she was very understanding and accommodating. We truly appreciated how well she handled everything and would happily recommend her.
We had an outstanding experience with Felicita through Rover while we were away, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the level of care she provided. From the very beginning, Felicita was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. She kept us updated regularly, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing our pets were in such good hands.
