Pet Boarding Celebration

“Our dogs love going to Eric’s place! We used him in the past but then most recently for a quick weekend away and then a week long trip. Let me just say that Eric came through in a pinch! I accidentally booked the wrong dates for our week long trip and didn’t realize it until we were on our way to drop off the dogs. Eric responded immediately, he was incredibly understanding and made it work. I honestly don’t know what we would have done otherwise. He takes great care of our dogs, he loves on them, sends pics and updates. He’s a gem!”

“Karen was excellent from the beginning to the end of my fur baby's stay. This was my first time using Rover and did not know what to expectbut I needed a sitter because I was vacationing with my family in Florida and they wanted to visit a Disney theme park. This was a last minute plan so i had to work quickly to find someone. Karen quickly responsed to my message. Some others reached out to me but seemed to feel uncomfortable with a baby with special needs and that wad okay. When I messaged Karen I told her that i am very protective over my baby. He has medical issues that causes him challenges to effectively navigate his environment. When I explain this to her she reassured me that she has a history of caring for Senior Canines and canines with special needs. Karen was patient while I asked all my questions. She answered all my questions which made me feel very comfortable. Karen was very flexible with the time. She also updated me throughout the day regarding the care of my fur baby. If I'm in Florida and need a sitter for my fur baby I definitely will use Karen.”

“This was our first time having our corgi stay over with Jennie while we were away. She was so welcoming and friendly that we felt so comfortable having him stay there. We got updates and pictures of him everyday and could tell he was loving it! Jennie definitely loves having a dog around and giving them all the attention and love. We went away for a week and things seemed to go great with Polina however I ended up needing a sitter again a few days later and I felt so bad leaving him again so soon. When I dropped him off for the 2nd time a few days later I got all the confirmation I needed. My pup ran to Polina and jumped right up on her giving kisses and walked right into her house a minute later without even looking back. This will be his new home away from home when we travel 2/3 times a year.”

Her constant updates helped ease my anxiety about leaving our dog. She treated Pippa like her own- included her in car rides, park visits, puppuccino runs, and pet smart trips. Luciana’s dog Pascal is a good boy and gave my dog Pippa the best company! Pascal and Pippa did so well together. Pascal is well behaved and it is a testament to how great Luciana is as a pet owner and in turn a great pet sitter. I will definitely entrust my pup with her again!
