I work from home part time making it purrrfect so I can spend lots of time with your animals. I can also do early mornings or late nights! I care for pets by keeping their routines consistent and making sure they feel safe, relaxed, and understood. In a client’s home, I follow your instructions closely: feeding schedules, litter or potty routines, favorite toys, and any quirks that matter to your pet. I give plenty of attention, playtime, and calm companionship, and I always keep your home tidy and secure while you’re away. My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable in their own space and give you total peace of mind.

About: I grew up taking care of our family dog, a cavachon, making sure she got the food, exercise, and care she needed. I also pride myself in being someone my friends can turn to when they need someone to look after their animals. I have cared for cats and dogs from senior chihuahuas to border collies. I also have experience in animal care at the New England Aquarium and the Zoo at Forest Park. Though those friends aren’t quite as furry, it gave me experience monitoring health, following feeding and enrichment routines, and getting to know new animals. I work a science education job a couple days a week. Most days I have very flexible availability, and I am happy to move my shifts around to make sure your pets get the care they deserve! It’s important to me to build a personal relationship with your pet. By doing my best to get to know them, I can ensure they are as comfortable as possible while I care for them!

At the same time, I’m just as happy to spend a quiet evening with a pet who would rather curl up nearby. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to be available throughout the day as well as early mornings and evenings. I’m usually up early and stay pretty active, so fitting walks, playtime, feeding schedules, and check-ins into my routine comes naturally. I’m also very active and regularly train for distance running, so I’m especially happy to care for dogs who enjoy longer walks, plenty of exercise, or an energetic routine. At the same time, I’m happy to slow things down for pets who prefer shorter outings and a more relaxed pace. My schedule gives me the flexibility to adjust to your pet’s normal routine rather than expecting them to adjust to mine. I take pet care very seriously and I’m extremely detail-oriented when it comes to following instructions. If you tell me your pet has a food allergy, needs a specific medication routine, has certain treats they can or cannot have, or needs to complete a particular part of their routine before coming back inside, I will follow that carefully. I know that the small details matter. I’ll pay attention to your pet’s normal routine, comfort level, eating and drinking habits, bathroom habits, and overall behavior so I can make sure they’re getting exactly what they need while you’re away. I’m also very mindful about safety in and outside of the home. I’ll keep doors and gates secure, follow your walking instructions, and avoid unnecessary risks. I’m not casual or careless when it comes to someone’s companion. My goal is to care for your pet as thoughtfully and consistently as possible while respecting your home and the routine you’ve established for them.

About: Hi there! It's a pleasure to "meet" you. My name is Morgan and, while I may be new to Rover, I am no stranger to animal care. Like a lot of us, I grew up with an array of critters in the household (siblings included). As I grew older, I took that love and found dedication and drive. I received a professional education in Exotic Animal Training and Management working with a broad array of species in a zoological setting, went on to become a marine mammal trainer and, most recently, work with many avian species at a magical place nearby. (If you think that's a lot - ask me about other industries I managed along the way!) Here at Rover, I am available for most all of your pet care needs. I will happily provide walks, visits or extended care to your bonus family members. Please don't hesitate to reach out if that includes more than your average dog/cat - I can be there for them all. Training is in my nature so I will gladly continue any behaviors you're working on in our time together as well. I have a six-year-old Chihuahua of my own, so I’m very familiar with small dogs and their unique personalities and needs. About: I have always loved animals, I cared for my childhood dog who just passed recently for 15 years.Caring for him from childhood to adulthood not only taught me pet responsibility, but also how to care for senior dogs in their golden years. I want nothing more than to ensure that all pets are happy and comfortable. I have fully free days on Mondays and Tuesdays, I do have a full time job the rest of the week so on those days I am available any time before 3pm. I can take your pet on a morning walk or an afternoon check in, I can also come by for a check in at night after I am done with work! My boyfriend Eric will be assisting me during my time with Rover, his schedule is more lenient than mine. I will bring him to initial meet and greets and he will assist with scheduling as my back up. In your home I will ensure your pets routine is not disrupted and they can be as comfortable as possible with your absence. Nothing is more important than keeping them stress free.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was a young child, starting with rescuing and feeding a lost dog until their owners arrived. I have grown up with dogs and cats, volunteered at an animal shelter, and pet sat for friends and family. I have experience, and am comfortable, with administering medications. I've potty trained puppies overnight, hand/bottle raised my own cat, help foster animals, and I just enjoy playing, cuddling, and walking pets! *Due to allergies, I need non-smoking households for in-home services. I work full time Mon-Fri, but I am available for evenings, overnights, some holidays,, and weekends. Also, depending on location, I can drop by and do potty breaks on my lunch hour. I have a fenced in yard. I am able to crate if needed. I have 2 cats that can either keep your fur baby company, or I can keep my cats on a different level of the house entirely. I can come to your house too!
