As I said, Safety first...Always! I follow the guidelines that YOU, as the owner, have established. I respect YOUR choices as no one knows your pet like you!
“Amanda has been absolutely amazing with my two dogs. She is always on time, dependable, and treats my dogs with so much care and kindness. From day one, she has been professional, respectful, and genuinely caring, which gave me complete peace of mind knowing my pets were in good hands. My dogs absolutely love her, and it’s clear she truly enjoys what she does. She goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy, exercised, and well cared for every time she visits. Reliability can be hard to find, but Amanda has not let me down. I highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and compassionate dog walker. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your pets as if they were her own, Amanda is the person to call. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

About: I have watched friends, family and family friends pets throughout my life. I love making new fuzzy friends and providing care for your best friend with peace of mind so you can enjoy your day, vacation etc. I work part time and am in school online. With that I can be readily available for your pet during the time you need. My schedule is always the same to make time for your pets schedule and needs. I have 3 cats and a dog. I take my dog on long walks everyday and go to the dog park about twice a week. He has a set schedule for his feeding and needs. My cats just live their best life inside my home with plenty of treats and scratchers around.
“Paola did a wonderful job, we came home to no accidents and happy pups. For needed a last minute dog walker we took a chance and are very glad that we did. We will definitely be using her again in the future and referring her to our friends with pets in the neighborhood.”
“Morgan has been absolutely amazing from the very beginning. She has answered all of my questions with confidence and made me feel at ease. She has been a true blessing for me and for Toby. Thank you Morgan ❤️😊”

“I cannot say enough good things about Luciana! She has been an absolute lifesaver during one of the most difficult times in my life. While my grandmother was battling cancer and even during her funeral when I had to be out of town, she went above and beyond to accommodate extra time slots and ensure my dogs were well cared for. She truly takes her time with them, and it’s clear how much they love her. Knowing they were in such great hands gave me incredible peace of mind. If you’re looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and dedicated, I highly recommend her!”

“Jackie saved the week! We were camping at Disneys Fort Wilderness and I had booked with another walker who cancelled on me at the last min (3 hours before our meet and greet!). Jackie met me for a meet and greet on a three hour notice. She was able to accommodate our schedule and walk my babies everyday for the week we were here. I booked her for an hour everyday and let her decide what would be best for the dogs. We are from NC and this Florida heat is no joke! She always kept me updated letting me know what they did and sent several pictures each day. I am so grateful we met Jackie she was literally a lifesaver!”

“Jennifer was great with my Zeelah girl! She was so gentle and caring for her. She even took the time to meet my dog before walking her the day I asked for the service! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!”

“Brianna has been absolutely wonderful with our pup. Thank you so much for taking care of him while we went our adventures he couldn't join us on. 💜💜💜 We will call you again the next time we return!”

About: I'm a lifelong dog owner who loves giving pets consistent, comfortable care while their people are away. Over the years, friends, family, and neighbors have often trusted me to help with their dogs for day-to-day support, informal training, and have been repeatedly told that I'm good with dogs. I prioritize reliable, consistent care: timely walks and drop-ins, bathroom breaks, fresh water, structured playtime, safe leash handling, and attention tailored to each dog's comfort and routine. I'm experienced with puppies, seniors, high-energy dogs, and anxious dogs. I am available most weekdays and weekends for walks and drop-in visits. I can provide food, fresh water, medication (with your instructions,) walks, and playtime in 30 to 60-minute sessions. My schedule is flexible so feel free to reach out at any time and we can work out a plan that fits your needs. I provide daily updates and photos to let you know your beloved pet is in good hands. For walks, I follow a consistent routine that includes leash manners, a pace appropriate for your dog and your neighborhood, and decompression time afterwards. I stay aware of traffic, unsafe areas, adverse weather, and keep distance from unfamiliar dogs as needed. For drop-ins I can provide the same attention to safety and routine, plus time for play/socializing, mental stimulation, fresh water, bathroom breaks, cleanup as needed, and any other daily routines you'd like followed.

“Nate was always punctual and did what I think anyone who’s there for the animals should do… he greeted the pets first and then said his hellos to us if we were there. One of my dogs has an issue with her back legs and cannot walk as fast as our other, so he walked them separately and gave her just as much love and attention as her sister. He’s personable and cute if you want a lil eye candy for yourself. You’d be silly not to hire him.”

“I’ve had the pleasure of having Ana walk fufu this past weekend. Not only was she available last minute, her report cards at the end their walks showed how much care and love she has for animals. She is considerate, attentive and knew how to create a safe atmosphere for my fufu. Fufu definitely had a blast getting spoiled and having extra time to sniff everything in sight. Thank you Ana!”

“Maestro and Maggie Mae really enjoyed their time with Samantha. Of course, the first couple of walks they were a bit anxious with a new human, but by the third walk they were both waiting by the front door for her arrival. Samantha is a sweet young woman, who really seems to love her gig as a walker. We heartily recommend her, and most importantly, will reach out again for her services when required. Thanks Samantha”

I am comfortable handling puppies, kittens, adult pets, and senior animals, and I understand that every pet has unique needs and routines. I have a safe, pet-friendly home with supplies to care for dogs of all ages, including puppies and senior dogs. I've never used a dog walker before. Research and studying the best Walkers, and I found a GEM. Lucy is amazing. Besides being incredibly nice, she literally loves all animals, and with that, she treats your little love ones as if it was her dog. She shows and demonstrates love for your dog, and that is hard to find. I look forward to future walks with Lucy and have my little Mabel being happy, and treated amazingly. Lucy also sends updates of walks, distance, food eaten and brings little treats for dogs to play and find the treats. Lucy also provided adorable videos to me which is so appreciated. I found a gem, and feeling blessed that I know someone who will care, love, play, respect your precious dog. So yes!! Lucy is the my primary walker now and should be yours too. Thank you Lucy 😊

We had a fantastic experience with Zainob! This was our first time using her while staying at an Airbnb in Orlando, and she was incredible. Her response time was super fast, and she was so adaptable when we had a last-minute change to our walk schedule. We loved the photo updates and texts confirming our fur baby was back inside safely. Great pricing and even better service we will definitely be using her again! Carissa and Bella

We could not thank MaryLynn enough for all her help taking care of our dog Pepper. We were away for a month and she went above and beyond her dogwalking/dogsitting responsibilities when a situation arose that necessitated immediate attention for Pepper. If you are thinking of someone who follows instructions well, competent, empathetic, and trustworthy, we can vouch that MaryLynn will be that person. We highly recommend her!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
