About: Besides taking care of my own precious miniature schnauzer growing up, I have looked over dogs for several families for the past 9+ years. I have also worked as a receptionist/assistant at a Veterinary clinic where I interacted and looked over many different breeds that passed through or stayed over night. During this time I also learned a lot about how to assist dogs with medical issues and important signs of needing urgent care. I have a deep love for all kinds of animals, dogs especially, and would be more than happy to take care of your furry friends just as I would my own! My boyfriend and I live in a large townhome that has a small area in the back of our home, a huge dog park in our neighborhood plus a long paved trail right behind our neighborhood with plenty of grass for your furry friend to enjoy the outdoors. We both work from home full time so your pup will rarely be alone. I have the more flexible schedule, as I work for myself, so I will be the one caring for your pup but lots of cuddles from both of us to go around! I am more than happy to answer any questions that you may have and will always make sure your dog is happy, comfortable, and well looked after :) I am home most of the time during the week, so I’m able to take your pup out as often as needed during the day and also take them to the dog park or on long walks. I can adjust my schedule to their wake up/meal times as well. On the weekends, I can take them out to dog friendly spaces if that is something they enjoy 😊 Before any stay, I make sure everything is set up for your pup’s arrival and try to make them as comfortable as possible. I have a dog gate to prevent them from getting out or from going anywhere I can’t keep an eye on them. For stays or visits, I don’t take any dog out off leash for walks and I make sure to put on their leash securely before opening the door. If they will be left alone for any reason, I will generally place them in their crate for their safety unless you are comfortable with them being out.

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was 8. I cared for pets from my own to family and friends. I made sure they were at their best. I helped older pets with most of the activities they could no longer do on their own. I am currently going to school Monday through Thursday. Occasionally I volunteer on Saturdays however,I am available for your pets on Fridays and the weekends. I keep my cats inside and they roam around the living room and bedrooms. However, for dogs I would have them inside unless they wanted to go outside and don't have a fence.
