About: I have been in the animal care field for over 18 years (over 30 years if you include growing up on a farm). My paid animal care experience is as a zookeeper and curator at AZA accredited organizations. I also have many years as a volunteer for several wildlife rehabs and conservation organizations and projects. Most petsitting requests are for cats and dogs but I am also confident handling reptiles, livestock, parrots, and more. My skills list includes observation, record keeping, enrichment, training, medication administration, medical care, and more. About: Since little I’ve always been around animals. I have a pet bird and a small dog, I’ve trained my dog. I’ve also volunteered at the animal shelter, worked with both area cats and dogs. I want to be a vet in the future so that’s what I’m always around animals. Everyday before I go to work I walk my dog, after coming home I walk her again and before bed time. Also in the morning I make sure to give her food and in the afternoon also. I walk my dog everyday, before going to work in the morning, when I come back and on my days off I take her to the park so she can run around. I feed her 2 times a day and I also have a bird at home. Every two weeks I shower my dog and every 2 months I take her to the grooming salon.
