She’s available at a moment’s notice, goes above and beyond (like going to the leasing office to gain access to our apartment when we forgot to leave a key for her and were far away on a trip, hopping the fence when our apartment gate wasn’t working to make sure she made it to our fur babies), etc. She takes adorable photos of our cats and sends sweet updates every visit. She even gives one of our cats his nightly pill, and follows every instruction given. Our cats adore her (even our grumpy girl cat), and so do we! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
Ashley is the best ! She took great care of my kitties including bringing toys and playing. It was nice to get pictures each day and I felt so comfortable that they were getting the best care. I had to extend my trip by a few days and it was no problem and she made it easy I would highly recommend her !
Tara did an amazing job caring for my two kitties while I was away for a week. She was very attentive and although they’re both usually very shy towards new people, they both warmed up to her and became pals. I am very grateful to have found her through Rover and would recommend her to anyone that has cats with FLUTD and are hesitant to leave them while away. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
