The Doxie House
My husband and I live in SoDo next to Lake Davis which has a wonderful walking path, wildlife and lots of neighbors walking their own dogs. We have two mini dachshunds named porter and Barley, and we love our fur children. We have a big, fenced-in backyard for zoomies. Barley is the co-founder of Dachshunds of Orlando meet up group every 1st Sat and 3rd Sun of the month at Lake Druid Dog Park. Find us on Facebook! Barley prefers to hang out with small dogs like himself but is good with all people and dogs. We would love to watch Dachshunds. If your dog stays with us we will take extra precaution to make sure they have their own private space when left alone.

Great communication and very caring towards my puppy! She kept me informed every day about how he’s doing with pictures. She was great and very sweet!

Our dog Bryn had a great stay with Caroline and her husband! We received tons of pictures and updates, drop off and pickup were flexible, and pup came home happy and healthy. They have a huge fenced in backyard that is perfect for dogs. Would recommend!!
What a great experience! Miss Dottie had a great time and Caroline sent me videos, pictures and text messages throughout her stay. Dotties create space was ample and she was very comfortable but got to sleep with Caroline as I understand. I totally recommend Caroline to take care of my dog or anybodys.
Carline is an attentive, engaging, and responsible dog sitter which gave me the peace of mind I was looking for while I was away. Her home is clean and tidy with a big backyard that was perfect for my dog. I look forward to using her again and again.
Caroline has been a dog owner and lover since childhood. She is caring, compassionate, and a very attentive dog sitter. I would happily leave my pets in her care.
