Boarding our fur babies can be nerve-wracking and anxiety inducing. You want to make sure that your pet has a great and safe time while you are away! Rest assured that I have lots of love (and experience) to give! I have 20+ years of experience with dogs. I grew up with a black lab, two chihuahua-dachshund mix, a border collie, and a blue-tick hound. Back in my home town of Tampa I would volunteer at local animal shelters to clean cages, walk dogs, and feed animals. While there I also held annual fundraisers to raise money for said animal shelters. I also worked at a pet resort here in Orlando for a few years which provided me with experience handling 20+ dogs at once. I have training on medicating, feeding, cleaning, playing and enforcing rules with dogs. I also have been provided training from Todd on the Animal Planet show “Dog Whisperer”. Currently I work full time during the day, which means that before 8 am and after 4 pm I have lots of free time to spend loving your fur-babies! IMPORTANT FOR HOUSE SITTING: The peanut butter to my jelly is my 7 year old mixed breed, Valentine! She’s been with me since she was 6 weeks old and through dog sitting we have met some of our best friends! She helps me provide love and playtime during our stays. Her temperament is pretty adaptable. She loves to play with dogs that want to play, but she’s also totally okay napping and cuddling all day long! She’s a respectful and courteous house guest that helps me provide stellar service during our stays.
