“I have two Frenchies that are glued to me. I work from home so they never leave my side. I was going on vacation and didn’t know where to leave my fur babies since I have had bad experiences with boarding places. My husband and I were googling places where we could leave our fur babies and came across Rover. After a few clicks here and there and reading reviews, I came across Leandro and Sarahí and decided to meet with them. From the first day, they gave me a sense of relief and I felt confident that they would be able to take care of my babies. Let me just say, they did not disappoint us. I gave them specific instructions for my babies and they followed them. Everyday they would send me pics and videos and kept me up to date with my frenchies. My girl did not want to eat for three days and they were finding ways to get her to eat. They even reached out to me to see if they were able to give her an alternative food. I am so pleased with them. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, kind and took great care of my frenchies. I will definitely use them again without hesitation. Standard Booking vs Constant Care: A standard booking differs from 24/7 constant care. During a standard stay, your pups are always my priority, and I would NEVER leave them alone for extended periods. That said, standard bookings do allow for brief moments when I may need to step out, such as taking another nearby dog for a quick walk or running a short errand. I’m always mindful of the dogs in my care, and if I need to step out, I keep outings as brief as possible, plan them around your pup’s routine, and make sure they are safe, comfortable, and settled. If your pup needs around-the-clock supervision (for example, due to separation anxiety, medical needs, or simply extra comfort), it is a separate service level that would fall under Rover’s constant care bookings, which I offer at a flat rate of $250 per day. This rate ensures I can block off my calendar and be fully prepared to provide 24 hour care. Please make sure to note this requirement in your booking request or at our meet and greet, as fees will need to be modified prior to confirming the dates requested. Start and End Times: To help me coordinate care smoothly, please keep your start and ends times within a 1-hour window. If a wider time frame is requested, I’ll adjust it before confirming your booking. Late arrivals may be subject to additional fees or cancellation, so please communicate with me as soon as possible if your plans change. I often have other pet guests scheduled immediately before and after each visit; accurate timing is essential, so I can provide every pet the attention they deserve. Confirming a Request: Per Rover’s policy, full payment is required before your booking can be confirmed. I’m unable to hold or block off dates until payment is completed. I often receive multiple requests for the same dates, therefore bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests may be archived if payment isn’t secured within 24 hours of our meet and greet, as pending requests temporarily remove my availability from other pet parents who are searching for care. Please note, I do not receive payment from Rover until services have been fully rendered. Cancellations: I do not offer refunds for any stay canceled less than 7 days of the confirmed booking or less than 14 days of a holiday booking. This is my full time position, and cancellations greatly impact my ability to continue to provide excellent care at a competitive rate. I appreciate your understanding. My 4 year old havapoo is obsessed with Rachel and we’ve only met her twice! I’ve never seen her so excited to see a Rover sitter, she’s truly at the same excitement as seeing her grandparents when I drop her off. Rachel has such an amazing intuition with dogs and can sense exactly how they’re feeling, and knows how to make them comfortable instantly. I have a very a sensitive dog who is a total lover but also needs a lot of playtime, and I’ve never trusted a sitter more than Rachel to read exactly how she’s feeling and what she needs. About: I got my first dog when I was in 6th grade and he was a shitzu. He was the calmest dog I ever had and people told me he kind of resembled me. That was 14 years ago and I have learned a lot of patience, love, and care throughout that time. After he passed 6 years ago, I’ve continued to love animals through fostering (longest was 2 months) and dog sitting both short term and long term. While your pet stays in my home overnight, I will give all my attention to whatever needs they have. I will play with your dog as if they were my own because that is how much I I love them. My special skill is that I am patient with pretty much everything I do so when it comes to your pets, I will keep a cool head when things get “hairy”. I am currently working part time and will have plenty of time to give them attention and company. I also live in a dog friendly neighborhood with plenty of walking trails that will be perfect to explore! I try my best to treat all pets as if they were my own. I also don’t mind if they snuggle next to me on the bed or if they want to relax on the couch.

My dog has done a daycare session and an overnight stay; there were about four other dogs present and they clearly had a great time together with ample space to play both indoors and outdoors with supervision at all times. Overall, I found that Dominique & Michael are truly exceptional individuals who will care for your dog like they do their own. In addition, they also have over 20 years experience in working with dogs, and it shows. They have a wide breadth of knowledge in canine health/medications, breed temperaments, training techniques and overall canine behaviors. I’m a new dog owner and they spent at least half an hour answering all my questions about diet, training, you name it. Also, because my dog is young, I’m still working on training him; potty mistakes do happen. They were completely understanding and worked with me on different ideas to correct the issue. Another issue was that my puppy is used to sleeping on the bed with me otherwise he whines through the night. They accommodated this by letting my dog sleep on the bed with them all night! I’m sure anyone would be hard pressed to find a doggy boarding facility that can provide that level of care. The fact of the matter is, that more than a business, this is a passion for Dominique & Michael and you can expect expert, attentive, and loving care every time you leave your dog in their hands.”
“This is our first time using Rover. We were out of town and needed someone to take care of our fur-baby for a day due that he had an emergency surgery. We are very pleased with Lee-Anne. About: Beginning in childhood, I’ve had several dog breeds (over 20!) that I’ve been tasked to take care of, play with, keep healthy and whose needs I’ve grown to pay attention to and understand. I adore animals and I approach them gently and mindfully, always considering what support will help prolong their lifespan and keep them happy, yet trained and behaved. My friends and family often call on me to either keep their pets company, train or housesit them, and I’m always more than happy to spend time with their animals. I firmly believe pets are not toys, and much more like our own kids, deserving of care, compassion, joy and attention. I have 17+ years experience taking care of and loving French bulldogs and pugs, who notoriously require extra responsibility, attention and instruction, as they can be stubborn and prone to health and breathing issues (often brought on by heat). I have cared for senior dogs who deserve nothing but love towards the end of their lives, and also puppies who need time spent on training and feeling safe, and lots of play and activity to stimulate their growing minds. I am a graduate student, with flexible availability between Saturday to Tuesday, during my off days, when I’ll be studying from home, often lounging and relaxing in my space. Having a pet to look after, feed and care for would not only be a very welcomed time commitment, but would make my space feel even more homely and bring me joy. I have enough time to play with dogs, pay attention to their unique needs and keep them active and joyful, or to simply accompany them while they rest and rejuvenate. I have a spacious apartment and a shaded dog park within my apartment community, as well as a dog wash corner next to the park - helpful during hot days in Florida. I am extremely mindful towards any pet staying with me, and provide them with a comfortable, safe and cooled space, in which I am committed to staying aware of their habits, likes and dislikes, and learning to understand their groove. There are several areas for them to use the bathroom outside, take a walk within the apartment community, as well as designated pee pads inside the apartment. I am happy to be in touch with the clients as often as needed, to help them feel at ease about letting their little one stay with someone new. I care about building trust with a dog, and taking the time to grow our bond, so they can be at ease in their surroundings and reduce any anxiety from a new environment.

About: I've loved animals since childhood and I have a collection of my own! Including the basics, 3 cats, and.... geckos, snakes, and quails of cource all our non-venmous and completely hsrmless little ones! About: Growing up we always had pets in the house. Now as an adult I have a cat and a dog. I understand the difficulty in choosing a pet sitter for when you are away and provide exceptional care for that reason. I am currently a student and have a flexible schedule that is adaptable to you and your pets needs. I provide frequent check ins and pictures, so you know how your pets are doing. I go to school and have a very flexible schedule that can be adjusted to fit your needs. I can care for your pets every day of the week. I have a small house with a fenced yard so your dog can run around outside. I have one male unneutered dog and a cat. Typically we go on a 40 minute walk in the evenings after the sun has set. Inside the house I have baby gates that can be put up if needed.
