Hello, my name is Anna and I am an avid lover of all animals. I have been an animal volunteer since 2004 at various facilities such as the Audubon Birds of Prey Center in Maitland, the Suncoast Sea Birds Sanctuary in Indian Rocks Beach, Helping Hands Pets Rescue in Gainesville and Saddle Up riding club in Clearwater. I have also cared for dogs and cats for most of my life. I consider myself to be prompt, highly experienced, intuitive and I respect the value of keeping up with your pets' routine. I consider myself to be quiet and well mannered. I will respect your home and your privacy. I will also abide by the requested routines of both pet and owner as much as I am able. I will also take care of unlisted animals (pocket pets, livestock, reptiles, insects/arachnids) I do have some requirements for those that will be making use of my services: 1) Please be at least somewhat prompt (as in, within 24hrs of my message unless something prevents it) with replies. 2) Please keep me updated on any changes of plans (i.e. Shortening/lengthening stays or going with another sitter...I won't be upset! It lets me know your pet is still being taken care of!) 3) Meetings beforehand to discuss visit procedures, item locations, and emergency numbers are a MUST (I make exceptions in the cases of personal emergencies, if other sitters bail, or those who know me/I have already sat for) 4) Due to lack of experience/education in the area, I am at this time unable to give injectable medication, or take care of fish beyond feeding or giving in-water medication. 5) I will not book the appointment immediately (exceptions being the cases listed in #3). Instead, I book after the initial meet & greet. I want those that I might be working for to be comfortable with me and satisfied that I will be a good match for their needs.
