“We had a family emergency and Joanna was able to take the dogs within the hour. Our dogs are always so happy at her house, playing with her dogs and hanging with the family. She is very professional, attentive and loving. We are so fortunate to have her to watch our babies .”

“Babe enjoyed her stay with Ryan and her family-I'm sure she had a great time in the fenced back yard with Ryan's two pups-we enjoyed getting photos of her playing outside-will definitely use Ryan next time we have to leave our spoiled little girl”

“Victoria was awesome and very sweet. She constantly gave me updates about my fur baby. Lots of pics. Pictures that made me feel that my dog felt very comfortable with her. Thank you so much Victoria. I definitely would/will be re-booking.”

“Our dog had a wonderful stay here. The sitter was able to accommodate a later check out time for him as well. Would definitely recommend and use her again for our pup!”

“Leslie and James did a great job caring for Lacy! They took her for walks, to the park, and on car rides which she loves. She was well cared for and will visit again!”

“Cristy was great with our pup! It was our first time using Rover but she put our mind at ease and our dog looked very comfortable with her in the photos she sent. We will be using her again!”

About: I work from home so your pup will receive continuous attention and playtime. Personal pet owner of up to 4 dogs at a time. As a RN I have no problem administering your dogs medications, including injections. Daycare/boarding includes walking your pet and possible doggie park on the weekends if you are comfortable with that. After recently losing 2 members of my pack, I decided to spoil and love on other peoples pets. Most of my best friends are dog owners! I prefer a meet and greet before boarding your pet. My greys are friendly and once they do some sniffy sniffs they are good. If your dog likes to mark I do have belly bands to use while in the house.
“Sarah and her family were amazing and took such great care of Jackson! Great communication from start to finish. We got plenty of updates and photos througout our 2 week trip and we could tell Jackson really enjoyed his stay there. Jackson was happy to see us but I could tell he was going to miss staying there too. Thank you again Sarah, Jackson will definitely be back for our next trip!”

“Sam is friendly and professional. Sam emails and sends pictures of Sol, my 9 year old cockapoo. She lets me know if he is not eating and prepares special for him. Sol loves going to stay with Sam and her family. This is s perfect match!”

“I don’t even want to say how AMAZING Jenni is because selfishly I want her to always be available to babysit our dog!lol I have never felt so comfortable, so quickly with a dog sitter. She and her kids truly love your animals like their own!”

“Caroline was truly amazing at keeping me updated on how my dog was doing! She would send me pictures and give me an update of their day. My dog was doing so great with her! She definitely is someone to trust when it comes to leaving your pet with her.”

“Tracy was an amazing sitter for our boxer during our vacation. She provided excellent care, and our dot was happy and full of energy when we picked him up. Her home, conveniently close to our vacation spot, was a perfect environment for him. Tracy was communicative, attentive, and clearly loves dogs. We highly recommend her and will definitely book again! Thank you, Tracy, for giving us peace of mind and keeping our boxer so happy!”
“Absolutely wonderful. So kind and sent pictures daily so I wouldn’t miss my pup too much. Took great care of him even though he’s on the energetic side. Would definitely recommend!”

“Amit is the absolute best! He is very patient with my dog, who can be hyperactive at times. Amit is also extremely knowledge about how to improve my dog’s social skills. I also greatly appreciate Amit for being flexible in extending my dog’s stay due to a family emergency.”

Can't say enough about Leon. Bear always has an incredible time with him at his doggie wonderland! If you are looking for someone who is extremely dedicated to caring for your pets and providing a fun and awesome environment then I couldn't recommend Leon high enough!

I will never be able to tell you how much appreciation and gratitude I have for Michael. I was worried at first, being that I have two pit-mix dogs, one high energy and the other high anxiety. He was assuring and knowledgeable about being able to care for both of my babies. He also showed this through pictures and quick responses. Can you believe he is actually a licensed dog trainer? He reassured me and calmed my worries of using the boarding services for the first time. I will be contacting him again and 100% recommend him for all services on Rover! Michael, Thank you again for treating Tito and Canela like your own 🙏🏼🩵 Sincerely, Lorena & Liz

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
