I began dog sitting to make my own money when I was in the fifth grade. The first two dogs I used to sit with after school everyday were two cocker spaniel rescues that began my love and appreciation for rescuing my own pets ❤️. Here at home I have a 9 year old Chiweenie and a senior mini dachshund. I grew up with a Great Dane and used to house sit with two Dobermans, however, I prefer to open my home to small or medium dogs only to keep my babies comfortable 😊. I know how difficult it is to find safe and trusted care for your pet when you need to travel for work or take a vacation, and this is why I decided to open my home to your pets, so that you can have peace of mind that your dog will be treated like family while they are here. Kristen is amazing with dogs. Sends me pictures takes him out to play and potty multiple times a day. You can tell she actually cares and has the experience from doing this for multiple years. I have used her twice and will be sure to use her EVERY time. Chester loves going there. And that matters most..
I was so glad that Kristen was able to care for Lilly at the last minute when her sitter canceled last minute and I was having surgery. She sent us pictures and updated us. She offered to keep her another night if I wasn't released. I will definitely use her again.

Boomer had an amazing time with Kristen!!! We received pictures daily on Boomers progress. We feel very confident that we will be using Kristen for our Boarding when and if we need to leave town or have an emergency again. Her care of Boomer was amazing.

Schedule
I work in healthcare, which gives me flexible hours and full days off. On days off I am usually home doing schoolwork online. Availability will be restricted to my days off so that I am available to care for your pets needs (playing, frequent bathroom breaks, separation anxiety, etc.)

I have a large fenced yard that my dogs and other dogs I have boarded love!! I have a small home that will be available to your dog to free roam, my dogs love to lay on the couches and there are plenty of blankets for the littles that like to burrow 😊. I have experience in crating dogs for the evening but it is not a requirement to stay here.

A typical day
This depends on your pet! I have a spacious yard for your dog to run around and blow off steam. I also enjoy taking my dogs for walks around the neighborhood or at the local parks. I also like a couch potato dog (like my two 😉) to snuggle on the couch or in one of the 3 living room beds 😊
