I work in healthcare, which gives me flexible hours and full days off. On days off I am usually home doing schoolwork online. Availability will be restricted to my days off so that I am available to care for your pets needs (playing, frequent bathroom breaks, separation anxiety, etc.)

I have a large fenced yard that my dogs and other dogs I have boarded love!! I have a small home that will be available to your dog to free roam, my dogs love to lay on the couches and there are plenty of blankets for the littles that like to burrow 😊. I have experience in crating dogs for the evening but it is not a requirement to stay here.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or diet restrictions. I do have experience giving oral medications and I also have experience with special needs dogs, I owned a blind dachshund that passed away in August of 2025 😥🌈😇
A typical day
This depends on your pet! I have a spacious yard for your dog to run around and blow off steam. I also enjoy taking my dogs for walks around the neighborhood or at the local parks. I also like a couch potato dog (like my two 😉) to snuggle on the couch or in one of the 3 living room beds 😊

Pet care experience
I began dog sitting to make my own money when I was in the fifth grade. The first two dogs I used to sit with after school everyday were two cocker spaniel rescues that began my love and appreciation for rescuing my own pets ❤️. Here at home I have a 9 year old Chiweenie and a senior mini dachshund. I grew up with a Great Dane and used to house sit with two Dobermans, however, I prefer to open my home to small or medium dogs only to keep my babies comfortable 😊. I know how difficult it is to find safe and trusted care for your pet when you need to travel for work or take a vacation, and this is why I decided to open my home to your pets, so that you can have peace of mind that your dog will be treated like family while they are here. Kristen has watched my dog more times than I can count and he absolutely loves staying with her! She creates a safe environment for all pets in her home, while making sure they have the things they need at any time. She sends pictures during the stay to keep me updated and comfortable while I am away. She has had several dogs herself as well as other exotic pets and is very knowledgeable about pet care, as well as passionate about pets in general, she loves all the babies! You can trust that she will care and love your pet while you are away!
Kristen is great with fur babies. She is so loving. She has rescued three dogs. I trust her completely with my 3 babies. Very easy to work with. Great communication. Nice fenced yard to run around in. Pets are her passion.
Kristen was amazing with my 3 dogs. It is hard finding a sitter that I trust. All 3 of my dogs were happy and relaxed while staying with Kristen. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing they were well cared for. I will definitely use her again in the future for pet sitting.
