“Great communication, great photos, very kind and helpful. Animals loved her. I have a hard time trusting people to take care of my animals at the level that I do but she was so amazing with them (and me)!”

“Alyssa was available to take care of my boy at the last minute, and im not sure why she was available to book because she did an amazing job caring for my 75 pound siberian husky. She went above and beyond to ensure his needs were met and provided lots of photo updates to put my mind at rest that everything was going fine.”

“Victoria was absolutely amazing with my fur babies! They are older and require medication administration with meals / can have some anxiety but she was on the ball and made sure everyone was on schedule with meds and meal time ! I came home to the house the exact way I'd left it ! (Maybe a bit tidier!) I would recommend Victoria to anyone and will be hiring her to take care of my pups whenever I go out of town in the future !”

About: I may be new to the Rover community but I’ve had dogs my whole life. I currently have 2 a golden retriever and a mini Aussie. I pet sit for many family members and friends in the neighborhood including both cats and dogs. I would love to get to know your furry friends! I currently am a college student home for the summer so I am free whenever to pet sit/pet walk. This is literally my dream job. I am willing to do anything that the owner needs for their pet. I love dogs and am very willing to do anything needed in your home.
“Mary was very good at taking care of my cat , during our trip to the uk . She was prompt at replying to my texts about how Alfie was adjusting , and kept me informed of his eating patterns . Very happy with her service .”

“Doug is such a caring person. He took amazing care of our dog and house for more than a week. Our dog absolutely loved him. Moreover he took care of our plants and fish. He also did a very beautiful sketch of our dog. He is so talented! We are highly recommending him!”

“Barbara was amazing with my special needs, high maintenance pup. She took the best care of her and our bird while we were away, defined not an easy job. I got updates and pics on how she’s doing. Thank you so much!!!!”

“Hailee was amazing! She stayed at my apartment with my dog for 10 days while I was out of the country. She sent a ton of pictures and videos, and I came home to a happy dog & clean apartment!”

“Stephanie did a great job taking care of our senior dog and our home while we were away. She provided updates and photos throughout her stay. I highly recommend Stephanie to take care of your fur baby and home.”

“Stephanie did an incredible job with our two golden retrievers. She sent me lots of pictures while we were gone and i could tell the dogs were having a great time. She left our house immaculate - it looked better than before we left! She was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be using her again in the future!”

“Jason was so great with both dogs. One dog is so scared.. barks, nips. Jason was patient and caring, and soon they were buddies. Jason goes above and keeps house and yard clean. We’ll definitely call on Jason again.”

“Peyton was really good with Ginger, sent at least 1 photo daily, kept in contact with us about Gingers care and anything that seemed a little off. Ginger seemed happy with her.”

“Callie took care of my Lily and did an amazing job! She took her on walks on the beach, gave her a bath, and entertained her all weekend! She also provided pictures of my dog to keep me updated.”

“It’s hard to put into words how thankful we are for the care our dogs received. Leaving your pets with someone else can always be stressful, but from the very beginning we felt completely comfortable and at ease. Stephanie treated our dogs like family, not just animals she were watching, and that meant everything to us. We got updates, pictures, and could genuinely tell our dogs were happy, relaxed, and loved while we were away. Coming home to pets that were calm, healthy, and clearly well cared for says more than anything else could. It gave us real peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. You can tell this isn’t just a job for Stephanie — she truly cares about animals and go above and beyond to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, dependable, and caring to watch their pets.”

“Joy is an amazing human being. She loved my furbaby and did a house sit in for a week while I was away on a vacation. She's very caring and considerate about all the little quirks and needs of a pet. She was very proactive with the updates, she had video calls to help me talk to my pet. She kept my house spotless, I would 100% recommend her to anyone and hope that she is able to care for my pupper again.”

“Absolutely phenomenal job Lydia and Emmitt watching our two dogs while we were away. Not only did they take care of our pups, but had to deal with our AC going out the 2nd day we were gone. They handled it in stride, all the while keeping us updated with pictures, walks, and coming home to a clean house and well taken care of doggos was more than we could of asked for. Highly recommend them for your pets needs!”

“Alexandra was a good communicator, punctual and above all kind and loving with my dogs. She sent lots of updates with photos and left the house clean. I will definitely hope to use her services again.”

About: As a lifelong dog lover and owner for 10 years, I’m now embarking on a new chapter after 24 wonderful years in Chicago. Following a long career in advertising sales, I’m seeking a slower-paced, more fulfilling path — one that lets me combine my reliability with my love for animals. At 49, I bring maturity, responsibility, and genuine care to every pup I watch, ensuring your they are looked after as if they were my own. Also, the doodle you see in some pics is my amazingly chill, gets along with every living thing, sidekick Lambeau. So please note your dog(s) must be okay with other dogs. I'm currently taking some time off and won't be going back to remote work until the fall '26, at the earliest. So I'm very flexible with my time at the moment. I live in an apartment complex (2 bed / 2 bath) with a huge unfenced grassy area off my lanai, that Lambeau and I call our own backyard. I also live across the street from John Chesnut park, in the Tarpon Woods area so Lambeau and I spend lots of time at that huge dog park and/or exploring the various trails. So if you're open to that as well, I'll gladly take your pup(s) over there for some adventures.

Melissa was amazing while we were out of town! Our pups need eyedrops twice a day and she notified us after every dose so that we knew they were staying on schedule. Loved the frequent photos and updates! Our return flight was majorly delayed and she was so helpful through that as well! We will absolutely use her services in the future!
