With over 30 years of experience providing first class attention to a variety of four legged friends, I have dedicated myself to ensuring care with the highest standard of love and respect. In addition to adopting several greyhounds and a variety of small and large breed dogs, I've enjoyed my years shared with elderly or injured pets of all energy levels. Although I no longer live on acres of land, I now have the opportunity to share my experience and time to help you provide the best for your pet during those challenging times when you are not able to be home with them. You and your pet decide how much play, walk, rest, and lap time I can provide during our visits either in your home or mine. I can't wait!

Barbara did a wonderful job with our two dachshunds, Teddy and Benny. She sent multiple pictures and videos. In addition, she asked thoughtful, clarifying questions and cared for our pups very well! She was super respectful of the house. We would 100% book her again in the future.

We've used Barbara for drop in visits for over a year now and adore her but this past week we had her housesit for the first time. We came back after 10 days to a clean home and happy (fat!) cats! She provided us with photos every day and stories about what was going on back home. What a relief to just be able to enjoy our vacation, knowing our furkids were safe and loved.

A typical day
I am committed to honoring the wishes of the parent as well as the needs of the pet. I have a lovely area for long walks if that's the goal. If small areas with shade and limited exercise is what makes for a happy healthy puppy, that's what will be planned. My home s cool and comfy with access to snuggly places as well as a clear area for play. If puppy's have canine partners, all are welcome. I don't take dogs in from various families at the same time. Your dogs will be my focus.
