“Marisa and Bob were amazing sitters for our dog, Oliver. From our first meeting through the actual caretaking of Oliver, it was evident how genuine they were. They were very communicative and thoughtful of Oliver and really made him feel at home. We will absolutely book with Marisa and Bob again!”

“We had a wonderful experience boarding our dog, Archie! From the moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in great hands. We received updates that gave us peace of mind, and when we picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s such a relief to have a place we can trust, and we won’t hesitate to let Archie stay here again.”

“Julia saved me VERY last minute in needing a sitter over a holiday week. She was responsive and kind towards the situation. She made my dog feel very comfortable with someone new and provided updates while I was away. She went above and beyond, even trimmed my dog’s nails (which the vet has trouble with). She appeared intuitive and attentive towards my dog, in addition to her own! Highly recommend Julia, she was amazing!”

“Kristy and her family spoiled my dog completely! Excellent communication and daily updates with pictures and a few videos. My dog is pretty high-maintenance and was probably not the easiest dog to handle and she was great with him.”

“Lunna was well taken care of and had a great time. They were always keeping us updated of Lunna’s activities with pictures and videos. Highly recommended and looking forward using their services again with our dog.”

“I am always apprehensive about leaving my pup with anyone, especially overnight. He is a momma's boy and doesn't enjoy being alone. I saw Jodi had great reviews and a perfect situation working from home, so we arranged a three night sleepover. My pup fell in love with Jodi and her family. She sent lots of pictures and kept me very informed. I felt very secure the entire time, and am looking forward to the next one! Thank you, Jodi!!!”

“Jessica and Colin watched our pup, Hazel, recently and did a great job! Hazel had a great time at their home with their adorable family. Jessica was quick to respond every time I texted , and was very flexible. We will definitely be using Jessica and Colin again if they are available. They are trustworthy, responsible and reliable . Hazel can’t wait to go back! 🐾”

“Courtney was very sweet and took great care of my pup! She exceeded expectations by taking my dogo to the doggy park and for frequent walks. Her communication throughout the day was great and she took the best photos of my pup interacting with others. Would definitely use her as a sitter again!”
“I am so glad that I found Heather! She was so accommodating of a last minute change, so great at sending photos and communicating with me the whole stay. I got tons of photos and updated! I could tell my little guy had the best time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heather or book her again. Thank you again!!”

“Amber was awesome! Great experience for our dog, Max! He was happy and well taken care of and it was great receiving updates about his visit. We know Max will be excited to see Amber and family again soon :)”

“Debra was really good with Argus. She was very accommodating with the booking. We had to change the plans multiple times and she was ready to take care of Argus all the time. She even modified the booking and provided a discount for us for long term booking.she and her son took care of Argus really well.”

“Anjie was so great with Remy! She was very communicative and accommodating. She even took Remy on a few outings (which I know he loved!) and took the time to brush any debris out of his fur when they came back. I felt so reassured that Remy was well taken care of while I was away!”

Wish I could give Inna 10 stars!! She and Vadym were WONDERFUL taking care of our Jodie; she can be a handful especially with eating but Jodie ate well during her stay with them! (First time Jodie did that and we have used other sitters through Rover without success.) Inna and Vadym sent us lots of pictures and videos of Jodie; it was obvious how much they adored her and treated her like she was theirs!🥰❤️ We will definitely be re-booking with them and I HIGHLY recommend them as sitters. to anyone.
Suzie was absolutely amazing. I do not leave Roscoe much. I work from home and we do not travel much. He had the best time with Suzie. I received pictures and messages on him consistently. Roscoe was a family member in their home not a visitor. I would absolutely recommend Suzie to anyone.

Macarena was amazing! I would use her again and again. She went above and beyond for me. More walks than I requested and some training with my pup too. Gnocchi came home so tuckered out and I could tell she loved her time with Macarena and her pup. Bonus!! She sent the absolute cutest pictures of Gnocchi.

These guys are wonderful! They shared details and pictures all throughout Millie's stay, and I appreciate that they tell you the good and the not-so-good details because it shows they are very trustworthy and truly care about your dog. We will definitely be reaching out again!

Karen is the absolute best. She takes care of our pup Leia like she was her own. Her communication is amazing, she sends plenty of picture updates, and I can tell our pup is truly comfortable and relaxed every time we pick her up. Being able to know your dog is going to be comfortable, happy and even excited to see their sitter is such a great piece of mind. And Karen gives that to us every time. Thank you Karen!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
