House Sitting in Odenton

About: I’ve taken care of dogs all of my life. I received my first dog for my 7th birthday present and have always had a pet ever since. I have recently finished my contract with the United States Army. I currently have the time and experience to properly care for any pet. I’m willing to work with their daily routine. I have a fence in yard for my own two dogs. I do not offer boarding at my residence due to my current lease agreement.

I always have anxiety leaving my dogs for any trips, but I felt very comfortable having Serena stay at my house with them. She went above and beyond! She took my dogs on individual walks since they're at very different activity levels and she left the guest bedroom immaculate with washed sheets and towels--even though she didn't have to do all of that! I would not hesitate to have Serena watch my dogs and house again. Also, my Jack Russell tends to bark at new people when they come over, but he didn't bark at her at all during the meet & greet. That alone tells me she's got great energy. Thank you, Serena! You are truly appreciated!”

About: As a dog lover I bring gentle loving care to all dog friends! I can also work on training and exercise with high energy dogs. I volunteer with the local SPCA and I do full-time and temporary dog fostering with a local dog rescue. Through the rescue I work with a trainer to teach the rescued dogs structure and obedience. Spending time with your dog will make my day! I work remotely Monday & Friday so I’m able to provide adequate walking, interaction and attention. I’m active and can provide all levels of exercise and play. This includes walking, running, potty breaks, indoor enrichment with puzzles, lick mats and toys. I also have a gated play area where we can play fetch. I simply enjoy being around dogs and will provide extra care such as brushing and cuddles. I treat any pet entering my home as my own and extend that same love and attention to them. I prioritize their needs as well as their owners to ensure everyone is comfortable with the experience and to give my new dog friend a vacation while their owner is away! Dog sitting is just as exciting for me as it can be for a dog getting to meet new people and do fun things!
