Growing up, I had all kinds—from dachshunds and pit bulls to Australian Shepherds and lovable mutts—and I’ve fallen in love with each and every one. I’ve previously worked at a veterinary hospital as well as a pet boarding facility, gaining hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds and temperaments. I’m now a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful, animal-loving girls who may occasionally join me. I truly believe dogs are best friends and should be treated as such. You can trust that I will care for your dog as if they were my own. I’m at home every day with my two daughters so I have a wide open schedule. I took a 3 year break from rover to raise my babies and now I’m looking to get back to dog walking! I have a lot of availability and love to be outdoors- rain or shine. I live on a 6 acre farm that has some areas fenced and lots of room for my 2 dogs to run and explore. I love to let any dogs that I watch get out some energy by running and getting to sniff & explore everything in sight.
“Matthew was an ideal house- and cat-sitter, and we could not have asked for more. He is conscientious, caring, and highly capable. He communicates very well and asks questions that demonstrate his concern about providing the care the cats needed. Matthew was able to visit before our departure so that he could meet the cats and we could show him around the house. He took notes, listened carefully, and asked questions when clarification was needed. During our absence, he sent photos and updates to assure us that all was well. When he did have a concern about one of our cats, he got vet advice and then stayed upmost of the night to watch for any worrisome symptoms. (Everything was OK.) We were 100% pleased with Matthew’s care and would recommend him highly.”

“Although I ended up having to cancel my trip so Ashley/Olivia didn’t end up doing the drop in visits, Olivia was great at the drop-in visit I scheduled before our trip! My chinchillas took to her immediately. Gus, our fiestiest boy, happily accepted cheek scritches from her and another one of my chins even let her pick him up :) That says a lot about how she interacts with animals because as prey animals, trust doesn’t come easily to chinchillas. She also asked a lot of important questions about their care which I appreciated. She was super responsive and flexible about when I came to pick up my key from her. I would feel at ease with her taking care of my pets the next time I need care for them!”
About: Since I was young I’ve loved dogs and have had lots of experience taking care of different breeds. A lot of people say I have a knack to connect with dogs with different dispositions well. I’ve helped friends family members train their young puppies over the years and am looking to get a certification in that soon! I currently choose my own schedule. So I have plenty of time to keep your pups company. I’m available most days before 5pm and after 10pm I’ll take care of your pups by giving them undivided attention and leaning in towards their specific personalities and encouraging them to be themselves .
