Megan clearly made Carter feel at home, listened to the things I told her would help maintain Carter's routine, figured out how to adjust when Carter made clear he wasn't staying in his routine when he out of his routine. They clearly had great affection for one another and Megan sent me many photos and videos showing me that Carter was doing well. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. Angela is calm, reassuring, and prompt. She took care of my Sophi girl like she was her own. I am a very nervous dog-mom and after a couple of not great experiences with Rover, I was so worried leaving my baby while out of town. However, almost as soon as we left we were receiving updates about our pup and how she was adjusting. Every time I would worry or think about how she was doing, there was already an update from Angela waiting for me. She took our pup on walks, gave her loves, treated her paws for severe allergies, and gave her plenty of play time. Her communication put me completely at ease that our dog was safe, happy, and in good hands until we returned. Angela is our go-to sitter from now on!!
Elizabeth provided exceptional care for our dog Ace. She sent photos and updates. We had a meet & greet before boarding Ace, and Elizabeth asked questions to make sure our dog would get along with other dogs in her home. She also asked about Ace's daily routines and likes/dislikes. She clearly cares deeply about providing a safe and happy environment for the dogs in her care. She has a large yard, plenty of toys, and her home is a great space for the dogs. We will definitely use her again if the need arises.
Brittany was absolutely phenomenal with our sweet ole lady Maple! She sent pictures and took such great care of her. She even accommodated us an extra night last minute due to our cruise getting back late. She is wonderful and I highly recommend her! Maple didn't want to leave! 🤣

Nadia was AMAZING. We had a horrible experience boarding our older rescue dog. We are not allowed to bring our dog with us to the beach and we struggled with trying to find a place for her to go where she wouldnt be terrified. Nadia was the perfect match! Our dog felt so comfortable with Nadia. In fact, she excitedly ran into her home the day we dropped her off and never looked back. During our entire trip, Nadia updated us with photos and texts. Knowing our little fur baby was having a great vacation allowed us to relax on ours. Thank you SO MUCH Nadia (and her incredibly caring family) for taking such great care of our little buddy. We honestly joked, Rosie might want to never come home. Lol
