He sent regular photos and updates, responded quickly to our messages, and was so easy to work with. As a thoughtful surprise, they even gave us a small souvenir/goodie bag when we picked up our dog. Such a sweet gesture! I highly recommend his services and will absolutely be booking with him again. We definitely found our new permanent go-to Rover sitter!
Beth and Jim are simply the best! This was Clover’s fourth stay with them, and once again they gave her the perfect home away from home. Jessica was phenomenal with our dog, Sophia. Sophia struggles with a bit of separation anxiety and she usually boarded with my parents but since PCS’ing to Maryland, my husband and I struggled with what to do with her when we needed to go on extended vacations. Sophia did struggle a bit with accidents and feeling nervous (even chewing through her leash) but Jessica did not express any frustrations with our dog! In fact, she went above and beyond in getting her treats, calming chews, and finding new systems to help Sophia feel more at ease while we were away! I’m hesitant to leave Sophia but I’m happier knowing there’s someone out there in the world that has immeasurable patience to handle our sweet girl!
Beth and our pup Finn are now great friends. Beth took great care of our boy, gave him lots of cuddles and play time, and sent us much appreciated daily updates. What a great relief to know he was in caring hands--being able to travel is much less stressful when we know our dog is happy. Thank you Beth!
