This was our first time using rover and his first time away from us. Michelle took care of him above and beyond our expectations! She sent us model pictures of him daily (much better than he lets us take of him, so we have new profile pics of him, lol!) “Bria is the absolute best. My George (huge Rottweiler) is three years old and has NEVER been away from the family/ house for longer than a typical workday. George has never been been aggressive and because of separation anxiety exhibited some aggressive tendencies out of fear of abandonment. Far from the loving dog he is, especially during the meet and greet- when he was his normal gentle giant self begging for pets and rubs. Bria was extremely patient and understanding, communicating her challenges with George’s temperament. He is stereotypically casted as an aggressive breed and he was trying to live up to that stereotype. I was out of the country and had no other options. Bria not only gained George’s trust and got him back to himself; mind you he is very strong and probably outweighs her. She nursed him out of his separation anxiety and even paid for food out of her own pocket (yes i reimbursed her) to temper his diarrhea from the stressful situation of fearing abandonment. My puppy (HUGE BABY) was back to himself and very happy thank to Bria’s patience and care.”

“Eli was awesome! My dog is somewhat shy but she took to Eli right away. Eli picked my furbaby up and once he was back to his home he sent a picture of my pooch and where she had her kennel setup. Skittles was able sit and stare out the windows, which she loves to do. I received plenty of pictures to put me at ease. Eli also had a camera setup so I could see my dog if I wanted!!! I’m super happy with Eli as he was on time for pickup and drop off and overall is a very nice person! I will definitely board my dog with Eli again!!!!”

Beth and Jim are amazing! From our initial meet and greet, they took the time to learn all about Nadya’s personality and really gave thought to her play style and what would make her comfortable. Nadya took an instant liking to both of them and their doodle, Pearl. Her overnight stay went wonderfully. They took her for a walk, gave her plenty of playtime, and sent us lots of pictures and updates throughout her stay. Drop-off and pickup were seamless, and they were very flexible with us on a Sunday afternoon. We felt completely comfortable leaving Nadya with them and will absolutely book with them again. Highly recommended, 5 stars!
I highly recommend Bryce! Hazel had such a great time during her stay. Bryce kept us updated by sending us photos and took such great care of her with so much love and attention. It meant a lot to us, especially since this was Hazel’s first time staying away from home. We felt completely comfortable knowing she was in such good hands. We will definitely book with Bryce again!
We appreciated Brittany taking great care of our dog during our trip. Her flexibility helped us get there and back without stress. Our dog seemed very happy when she returned and I know she enjoyed the big yard and dog to play with. We are grateful to have found her to care for our dog.
Jessica was phenomenal with our dog, Sophia. Sophia struggles with a bit of separation anxiety and she usually boarded with my parents but since PCS’ing to Maryland, my husband and I struggled with what to do with her when we needed to go on extended vacations. Sophia did struggle a bit with accidents and feeling nervous (even chewing through her leash) but Jessica did not express any frustrations with our dog! In fact, she went above and beyond in getting her treats, calming chews, and finding new systems to help Sophia feel more at ease while we were away! I’m hesitant to leave Sophia but I’m happier knowing there’s someone out there in the world that has immeasurable patience to handle our sweet girl!
Beth and our pup Finn are now great friends. Beth took great care of our boy, gave him lots of cuddles and play time, and sent us much appreciated daily updates. What a great relief to know he was in caring hands--being able to travel is much less stressful when we know our dog is happy. Thank you Beth!
