I grew up on a farm raising chickens, ducks, goats, dogs and cats for a decade. I went to school to get certified in Veterinarian Assisting. My favorite thing I learned during my internship was how to swaddle an angry cat in a cozy blanket so you don't get scratched. I am the cat whisperer, I never run up to cats, I always allow them to sniff my hand to become familiar with my scent, and with particular cats that like to hide away I love leaving little gifts for them (cat treats) so they can become comfortable being around me. Particular for dogs, I am very active and am a runner, so i would be more than happy to give doggies exercise, especially on the beautiful hikes I go to.

Megan is awesome!! This is our 2nd time having her watch our boy and everything went perfect. She sent lots of pics and videos and we saw how happy he was! We will be using Megan in the future. Glad we found her!
Megan H. cancelled a booking 4 days before it was scheduled to begin.
Megan came over in a timely manner twice before our actual dates. We reviewed every expectation. She was great about sending pictures and videos. She stayed at our house for all 7 days since we did not want our dog to be left alone in a cage. Will definitely use again in the future!!
Megan took great care of Smokey. He settled right in and was made to feel right at home. She shared great pictures and video throught his stay.

Schedule
I home school my son, so my life is pretty much flexible, I am up for anything for any day possible. Anyone in the Odenton and Gambrills area I am available anytime.

Safety, trust & environment
I don't have anything that's breakable in my home, there's no wires hanging out. I am the second floor with a balcony if you have an animal that likes an open view.
A typical day
I love to physically stimulate dogs by going on hikes, if your dog is a runner I am definitely up to participate in getting your dog so exhausted he/she will sleep like a baby.
