About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life, always loved taking care of them and giving them the love, attention and care they need! I have one dog, he’s a pitbull who’s been around most of my life. Rachel was amazing! This was our first experience with Rover and leaving our senior cat for a longer amount of time and Rachel made us feel comfortable from the start. She recognized something wasn’t right, notified us and with our ok took him to the vet, kept us informed the whole time, and took care of the treatment he needed to get better. Her experience working in a veterinary setting really showed, and while we felt completely comfortable trusting her to make the right decisions, she also made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. We came home to happy, well-cared-for pets and everything in great shape. Heather is truly extraordinary and we wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.
