“Courtney was absolutely amazing. She sent plenty of photos along with thoughtful, detailed updates, and my cat clearly adored her. I’m so grateful for her — especially for being so flexible on such short notice. I would book her again in a heartbeat, 1000%!”

About: I’m a dedicated animal lover with 10 years of hands-on experience in international animal rescue. I’ve worked with hundreds of cats and dogs in difficult conditions, giving me a very calm and confident approach with animals of all sizes and temperaments. I’m currently available full time and can easily work around your schedule. Since I am not working a 9-5 job right now, I have a very flexible schedule and can do drop ins, walks and house sitting at almost any time of day. I only offer in-home pet care. I come to your home to care for your pets. I do not provide day care or boarding in my own home. This allows me to give your pet my full attention in the comfort and security of their own home.
“We had an excellent experience with Andrew caring for our two cats. He provided thoughtful updates, followed all instructions perfectly, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Our cats were happy, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. We’re so grateful for his care and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a dependable sitter.”

“Alexia is a Great Pet Sitter, she helped Rako out for 9 days, with our return He was Given Food and Water, and there was no mess. I love how she took care of his pads. Great Young Lady to hire.”

“Katie was a delight to work with. Very friendly and kind, a great communicator. Followed directions perfectly and went above and beyond by collecting our mail and taking out the trash. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“This was my second time using Meagan and she was amazing again!! Took care of my two kitties wonderfully. Water, food, and litter boxes were perfect upon arriving home. Even my plants are doing well and she took care of the house too. I will definitely be using her care again if we ever need it. 10/10 we love Meagan!”

About: Hi there! I'm Delaney. Over the past year, I have fostered 2 dogs and 6 cats! Each foster was a new learning experience, gaining insight into animals boundaries and needs! Often having sick or injured rescue fosters, I have experience with giving topicals and oral medications. I have always had dogs, dealing with puppies up until elderly care. For many years I have been a sitter for my neighbors 2 cats and one dog. It has become a passion to help and take care of dogs and cats, and I hope to be everything you need for a pet sitting experience! I am available all summer long, the only time I am unavailable is 9am to 12pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, while I am taking an EMT class at AACC! I usually wake up early, so I’ll be available before and after this class!! I am very active, love to take long walks or runs. I am very open to following pet owners lead. Often staying in their own home is often better for a pets routine to reduce stress. I am available to give pets company during daytime, and if needed overnight. I know how stressful being away from your pet is, and sending updates is crucial!! I am very communicative, respectful, and clean.
“Darragh was fantastic, sending pics of my two torties, and they seemed pretty comfortable with him. He was very reliable, so I feel better that my cats were taken care of. Thank you Darragh!”

“I’m so glad Allison was available to house sit for us and care for our two senior cats again over the holiday!!! Like last time, she is kind, communicative, and attentive to detail. We’ll definitely reach out to Allison again the next time we need care for our animals!”

“I'm so thankful to Ava for watching and attending to our Maine Coon. She's extremely dependable and trustworthy. Knowing that our Niki is in good hands while we're on travel is invaluable.”

“Leticia did a great job taking care of my cat Madison. Madison is a loner and doesn't warm up to people but he trusted Leticia from the start. I loved the photos and videos that she forwarded to me. It gave me peace of mind to know that he was well cared for. I hope that Leticia will be available the next time I need to be away from home for an extended period of time.”
“Whitney is my go-to catsitter and she's watched my cats multiple times. She's reliable, will check on the house and gives great updates. Also, my cat can be grumpy and Whitney doesn't push her or take it personally, so I appreciate that!”

About: I love animals and have hands-on experience walking, feeding, and caring for dogs. I’m dependable, gentle, and treat every pup like my very own ! I’m currently a student, and on the days I don’t have classes—Tuesday’s, Thursday’s ,and Sundays—I have full flexibility to spend quality time with your pup. Whether it’s going for walks, playing, or giving them some extra love and attention, I’m happy to help on the days I’m class-free. Your dog’s happiness and well-being are always my top priority! As a dedicated pet caregiver, I prioritize both safety and comfort while caring for your pets in their home. I ensure the environment is safe by keeping hazardous items out of reach and securing gates or doors to prevent escapes. I stick to your pet’s routine, providing regular meals, walks, playtime, and companionship to maintain a sense of normalcy. Whether it’s administering medication, offering extra love, or just being there for your pet, I strive to create a calm and secure atmosphere. I also keep you updated with regular check-ins, photos, and messages to ensure peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I’ve grown up with huskies and they are very high energy and active! I have experience with puppies as my sister adopted a chocolate lab puppy and I was over almost every week, including several different times where I watched him for a week on my own over the last year. I have also taken care of other small and large dogs and used to volunteer at Lucky Dog in D.C. where I walk ownerless dogs for free. My neighbor has relied on me to take care of her two cats for several different week-long occasions. I love playing with animals and will provide the best care because I know that our pets are our family. I work from home so I am able to watch pets during the day. I work from home Monday through Friday, so I am very flexible. I am able to let your pets out at any time of the day! I used to have a husky of my own so I know how important our “fur-babies” are to us. You can trust that I will give them the best belly rubs, treats, and take them on nice long walks. If you choose me as your pet caretaker you can guarantee your pet will get all the love and care they deserve!

About: I’ve grown up with pets ranging from beta fish, dogs, guinea pigs and gerbils! I’ve watched my friend’s pets over the years as well. My cat who unfortunately passed had kidney issues so I have experience in dealing with that. I’m also a volunteer with the SPCA! I’m currently working a full time job, but work locally and have a hybrid schedule so I can be fairly flexible in the evenings and weekends! I could also be available around lunchtime during the week. My cat who unfortunately has now passed pretty much owned the second bedroom and bathroom in my home. I always made sure she is comfy, happy and had lots of boxes and her favorite string (she refused to use an actual cat bed but LOVES boxes!) I will make sure your pet is always well cared for, loved (if they desire) and catered to whatever they need (even if it’s a box)!
The Downs cat parents share their Rover experiences
Ava is amazing! My family could no longer watch my two cats last minute before a long vacation, I had to find a cat sitter for the 1st time. Even though, I was a nervous Nelly, Ava totally put me at ease that my guys would be well taken care of. And they were!

Jazmin is fantastic! Very communicative, prompt, honest, and always asks good questions. Finding a trusted pet sitter is difficult and Jazmin is just the best- can’t recommend her highly enough! I particularly appreciate all her updates and photos of the pets; makes it so much easier for me when I travel.

Leticia did a great job taking care of my cat Madison. Madison is a loner and doesn't warm up to people but he trusted Leticia from the start. I loved the photos and videos that she forwarded to me. It gave me peace of mind to know that he was well cared for. I hope that Leticia will be available the next time I need to be away from home for an extended period of time.
