About: I can’t provide you references in history of taking care of animals. What I can tell you is that I have two beautiful grown children. We have rescued animals over the last 24 years, and love them dearly as though they are part of the family. We truly love animals with our full heart, and go that extra distance to attend to their needs, and provide the love they deserve. I will provide the same love, care, and joy to your babies as I have done to ours for so many years. I am an empty nester and want to provide my love to where it’s needed and wanted. I work from home and can set own schedule. I am available seven days a week. I will stand behind my commitment to you. Responsibility is my priority. I will love and care for your pets as if they’re my own, and I will follow the rules we’ve established. I have a Pet Sitter Notes page that we can complete together, or I can send to you before my visit that will address some of these questions/ideas. Please give me a chance. I won't let you or your pet down!

About: I have been walking and sitting dogs for over 20 years, starting at age 11 when I realized dogs just made sense to me. I have owned hounds my whole life and currently share my home with a spirited beagle/jack russell mix named Tate who keeps me well-practiced with high-energy breeds. I recently lost our beloved 11-year-old foxhound mix Juniper, a gentle 70-pound soul who reminded me daily why this work matters. I am a firm believer in Cesar Millan's calm, assertive approach to dog handling. Dogs respond to confident, consistent leadership, and I bring that to every walk and every stay. I am comfortable with all breeds, large and small, and experienced administering medications and hands-on therapy when needed. I work from home in central Annapolis, which means flexible scheduling and plenty of attention for your dog during the day. Your pup is a member of your family and I always treat them like a member of my own. I own a design firm that I run out of my home. My work varies as a creative from video work to graphic design and more but it all comes from my home office located right next to my dog's food and water bowls (my hound dog Tate is currently asleep at my feet- exactly where he loves to be, and right where I love to have him). My workdays typically start around 7am and I work through the early afternoon, occasionally in the evenings. Though I have a full office setup, I also have a laptop that travels with me during house/dog sitting sessions if I need to be away for an extended period of time. As my work is on the creative spectrum, I can always adapt my schedule to fit around yours (and your pup's). Whether it's daily walks or stays with your dog, you can rest assured that they will be looked after with love, care, and the attention they deserve. I live in an apartment in Annapolis so we don't have a fenced in yard. Instead, I take my boy out in the neighborhood on short and extended walks and in the community dog park. Sniff spots and local trails are always on our schedule as our dog is high-energy so he thrives on long walks with lots of smells. Depending on your dog's needs and routine, I'm happy to take them on long walks in and around your neighborhood and parks they're comfortable with, or just playing with them in your own backyard. I'm also open to taking them further out to nature hikes and trails as long as you're comfortable with that. I tend to have Blue Buffalo, Newman's Own, and Charlee Bear treats at the ready (but of course that's up to your discretion) for good dogs and I always adhere to any diet or medication requirements to ensure a happy and healthy experience. I treat your dog like I treat my own and I've always had a great experience with every breed and personality.

About: I have been around animals my entire life! Growing up my family had dogs, chickens, cats. Currently we have 2 beagles and a black cat named Izzy! My other family members began asking me to watch their animals when they went away on trips or to stop by the house if they were stuck at work. This branched to them recommending me to their friends and now here we are! I have been watching the furry loved ones of others for about 4-5 years now and have loved every second of it. I know how scary it can be to leave behind the animals that you consider your children so I am here to make that process a little easier! About: Besides my own dogs that I have taken care of since I was very young, I also have been relied on to take care of family and neighbor dogs. Most dogs that I have cared for have been geriatric, and I am extremely patient with them, and strong enough to even lift the larger dogs when they can’t lift themselves. Before coming to MD, I worked on a farm and interacted with dozens of dogs every day. I have never met a dog that hasn’t liked me, or one I haven’t liked. I work from home and so can easily step out for a drop-in or house sit and work from your home. I can do early morning or late evening according to need. I am unable to board your dogs. However, I am more than able to watch your dogs in your home. When in a client’s home, my philosophy is to only touch what is needed. The client’s direction and privacy is key to a good relationship, as well as my discretion.

About: All my life, I’ve owned and cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, and hamsters, so I’m comfortable with pets of different sizes, personalities, energy levels and routines. I have experience in handling reactive dogs of all sizes as well as couch potatos. You can count on me to follow any specific feeding routines and dietary needs, as well as administering medications. Pups, kitties, bunnies, and everything in between are welcome! I'm currently working a flexible part-time schedule which gives me plenty of time to walk your reactive pup, play with your crazy cats, or sit (and crochet) while keeping your pets company! Most pets don't want strangers in their space! I pay close attention to body language, and let them set the pace so each visit feels as safe and comfortable as possible. When staying in your home, I follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding, waste cleanup, playtime, medications, and as many walks as requested. I keep your home secure, never invite guests over, follow household instructions, and always clean up after myself.

About: I've had pets my entire life. My pets were a Tabby named Mischief (always got in trouble), her son Harddrive (born next to a desktop), and a black cat named Lucky. I have house sat overnight multiple times, including pets that had to have medicine and special diets. My friends always ask me to watch their pets, which I happily do. I have dealt with a 4 cat household, as well a two dog two cat household. I enjoy taking dogs for walks, a highlight of which was walking a young, lovely, and hyper German Shepard named Iris for several weeks while her family vacationed. I used to work at a pet store that specialized in healthy food, where I learned useful information in regards of proper care and diets.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 13, I have watched family, friends, and neighbors dogs. I also have experience with dogs that need medication or extra care! I have watched dogs of all ages as well! I’m currently a college student so I have plenty of time to play with pets on days I don’t have class, and during class days I can stop by and do quick potty breaks! About: Hi everyone! I’m a vet tech by day and have been in for about 7 years. I love all fur babies and would love to meet your babies. I’m currently working at a veterinary radiation clinic in Annapolis. I have worked at an Emergency Room for animals in Columbia. I do work from 8am to 1pm but am sometime off early. I will take care of your babies as if they were my own. I understand that our fur babies mean a lot to us and that they are family.

Yesterday Snowden came by to take Grace on an hour long walk through the nearby park. She also was thoughtful to bring in some packages that were delivered on the front porch.”
