About: As stated, I have an 8 almost 8 year old German Shepherd myself. I’ve trained him myself to be quite obedient off leash, to listen well, and overall he’s very well behaved. I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, turtles and more so I know my way around animals. I’m currently enlisted in the United States Navy. I work at the Naval Academy typically from around 9 in the morning to about 3pm most days. I’m also married with two kids and my wife is a stay at home mom who can also look after your furry friends as well. I don’t work weekends so I’m always available during the weekends and can be flexible throughout the week as well. At my home my dog is never crated he is always out and house trained. However, when looking after your fur babies if they need to be crated I have no issue catering to your needs. I don’t have a yard but we have a massive field and live in a circle so long walks are always a must. Whatever the needs of your fur babies, I can take care of those from daily dog walking, spending and playing time with your animals, staying over night at yours/my place, and giving g medicine if needed.

“Heather was great! I booked her for 30 min visits with our 2 cats while we were away for 8 days. The cats are VERY shy and hesitant with strangers- even relatives who have visited multiple times rarely get to see them. Other Rover sitters that I booked for 30 min just saw the cats hiding under the couch as always and left after 10 min. Heather always stayed the FULL TIME and toward the end of the booking she even captured photos of the cats out from under the couch and even approaching her hand :D The apartment was also left clean, the box scooped, and the food bowl full. I have experience with puppies as my sister adopted a chocolate lab puppy and I was over almost every week, including several different times where I watched him for a week on my own over the last year. I have also taken care of other small and large dogs and used to volunteer at Lucky Dog in D.C. where I walk ownerless dogs for free. My neighbor has relied on me to take care of her two cats for several different week-long occasions. About: I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds & sizes over the years. I am comfortable with puppies through senior age. Friends, family and clients have relied on me to feed, walk, play with, clean up after, and love their pups as if they were my own. I can administer medications, including injections, and sq fluids. I can practice obedience skills during my visits as well. I’m available for pet care visits on Wednesday & Thursday mornings as well as evenings, Friday afternoon-evening, and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. I am also available on major holidays. Mondays and Tuesdays are on a case-by-case basis. I am very safety conscious and will care for your pets as carefully as I would my own. About: As stated, I have an 8 almost 8 year old German Shepherd myself. I’ve trained him myself to be quite obedient off leash, to listen well, and overall he’s very well behaved. I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, turtles and more so I know my way around animals. I’m currently enlisted in the United States Navy. I work at the Naval Academy typically from around 9 in the morning to about 3pm most days. I’m also married with two kids and my wife is a stay at home mom who can also look after your furry friends as well. I don’t work weekends so I’m always available during the weekends and can be flexible throughout the week as well. At my home my dog is never crated he is always out and house trained. However, when looking after your fur babies if they need to be crated I have no issue catering to your needs. I don’t have a yard but we have a massive field and live in a circle so long walks are always a must. Whatever the needs of your fur babies, I can take care of those from daily dog walking, spending and playing time with your animals, staying over night at yours/my place, and giving g medicine if needed.

When I picked Pocket and Rocket up, they were so soft from freshly brushed hair and calmer to get back into the car. Her dog was incredibly sweet and got along great with ours. She did a great job balancing exercise with being mindful of our older dog's past surgeries and individual needs. About: I have been house/pet sitting since I worked at a veterinary hospital while in college. I am a nurse at school during the day with great availability! Summers, holidays,weekends and evenings. Again I am a nurse at school during the day so my best hours are afternoons, evenings, summer, weekends and holidays. I am also available to sit at my home. I have a secure fenced yard within a great neighborhood if your dog/dogs come to me. I am comfortable and confident with all shapes and sizes and breeds of pets.
