“Kayla was fantastic with our dog, Kona! She communicated clearly, sent great photo updates, and was very respectful of our home. Kona loved her walks and came back happy every time. Highly recommend!”

“Yari was very patient with my two active pups. She will be perfect for future drop in visits or to walk my dogs one at a time. I knew it was a big ask to have her walk them both at the same time. But she gave it a good try.”

“This was Jean’s first walk with Gigi and everything went well. I really appreciated the care and attention that Jean gave Gigi and the pictures were just a lovely bonus. Looking forward to working with Jean ongoing. I would highly recommend.”

About: I’ve been a dedicated dog owner for 12 years, so I know what it’s like to leave your dog in good hands. Over the past 3 years I’ve dog-sat for neighbors and friends. I have taken care of puppies to senior dogs, and 15 pound dogs to 110 pound dogs. I treat every dog like my own and would love to care for yours! I go to school Mondays and Wednesdays so I have plenty of time to care for your pet(s). I am available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and weekends for drop ins. My priority is making sure your pet is in a secure environment, adhering to the owners instructions to minimize stress and make sure your pet(s) feel comfortable. Visits include feeding, fresh water, and litter box cleaning. I also bring in mail/packages, water plants, and provide videos, pictures and updates about your pet.
“We absolutely love, Alexia! She is consistently punctual and genuinely engages with our dog during his walks. What really stands out as how well she manages him, especially when he gets reactive around cars and certain dogs. Alexia took the time to do a meet and greet before our first walk, which made all the difference in ensuring everything went smoothly. We've already booked her for multiple walks and will definitely continue using her services. We feel so fortunate to have found her!”

“Deja was wonderful with keeping in touch. At first my older German Shepherd was a bit hesitant warming up to her but she was patient and gave him time to do his thing to warm up to her.”

I provide attentive, individualized care based on each pet’s routine and needs. “Tim was absolutely wonderful! You can really tell he has a genuine love for animals. He kept us updated with detailed messages and adorable photos of our two dogs, which we really appreciated. If you're looking for someone kind, reliable, and great with pets, Tim is your person! We'll definitely be booking with him again.”

About: Pet Care Experience & What Sets Me Apart I have a lifetime of hands-on experience as a pet owner and caregiver. My two white Pitt-mixes, ages 8 and 6, have given me a deep understanding of raising dogs from puppyhood through their senior years. I'm set apart by my ability to connect with animals of all temperaments. I have a solid grasp of dog behavior, honed by training one of my own dogs and patiently working with another to overcome social anxieties. This experience allows me to build trust and confidently manage a wide variety of personalities. For over 16 years, I've provided both short and long-term care for numerous German Shepherd mixes, so I'm comfortable with large, high-energy breeds. More recently, I regularly helped a friend with their foster dogs, acting as a dog walker, playmate, and emergency contact. I'm also reliable with cats and have routinely cared for my neighbor's cat, including feeding, refreshing water, and daily litter box scooping. I offer a professional and consistent approach to pet care. My goal is to provide a stress-free experience for both you and your pet by ensuring their specific needs are met with attention and care. Weekends I am flexible enough to assist with pet care. Likewise, on Wednesdays and Fridays I WFH, which allows me some flexibility to help with mid-day walks and bathroom breaks. My home has children, dogs, and cat allergies, so boarding isn't an option for me. When I come to your home, I'll provide your pets and your space with the utmost care. I'll also match their energy: if they want to play, we'll play; if they want to snuggle, we'll snuggle; if they need space, I'll be sad, but I'll completely understand.

“Amber was absolutely awesome. She walked our dog Cisco for a few days during the week when I was out of town on business and my wife was working late in DC. About: I've lived with dogs just about my entire life, and I've assisted in their care from the beginning to end of their lives. I currently live with one dog in the house, and I care for him alone on weekdays, including administering medications when needed. I also have experience taking care of other types of animals - I am versatile and flexible. I care for my own pet during the weekdays, but for most of the week he uses a daycare service, leaving me free to spend longer amounts of time elsewhere. He is also older and okay with being left in the house for a few hours even when I'm the only one watching him. I'm more than comfortable watching the house as well as the pets, and I will make sure that any house rules (no paws on the counter, etc) are upheld. As long as I'm acquainted with your house facilities, I will leave the place as neat as when I arrived, if not a little cleaner. :)
