Other Rover sitters that I booked for 30 min just saw the cats hiding under the couch as always and left after 10 min. Heather always stayed the FULL TIME and toward the end of the booking she even captured photos of the cats out from under the couch and even approaching her hand :D The apartment was also left clean, the box scooped, and the food bowl full. More importantly, when we were concerned that Fynn was sick, she rushed him to the 24hr emergency vet and waited until we were sure he was OK (it turned out to be cat asthma). She was super diligent with giving him his meds and monitoring his breathing and coughing. I can't wait to use her again. My husband and I are SO GRATEFUL that we found her. I can't imagine using anyone but her in the future. April was a live-in sitter for 1 week over the Christmas holiday. She was respectful of our home and I know she cherishes our fur babies.
