About: I’ve grown up primarily caring for and riding horses which has remained my life until now. I live on a farm with my 2 horses, 2 barn cats, and 3 dogs - Sawyer, a 9 year old Siberian husky, Teagan, a 5 year old Australian Shepherd/Basenji mix, and Dozer, a 2 year old pittie. About: I have been walking and sitting dogs for over 20 years, starting at age 11 when I realized dogs just made sense to me. I have owned hounds my whole life and currently share my home with a spirited beagle/jack russell mix named Tate who keeps me well-practiced with high-energy breeds. I work from home in central Annapolis, which means flexible scheduling and plenty of attention for your dog during the day. My work varies as a creative from video work to graphic design and more but it all comes from my home office located right next to my dog's food and water bowls (my hound dog Tate is currently asleep at my feet- exactly where he loves to be, and right where I love to have him). My workdays typically start around 7am and I work through the early afternoon, occasionally in the evenings. Though I have a full office setup, I also have a laptop that travels with me during house/dog sitting sessions if I need to be away for an extended period of time. As my work is on the creative spectrum, I can always adapt my schedule to fit around yours (and your pup's). Whether it's daily walks or stays with your dog, you can rest assured that they will be looked after with love, care, and the attention they deserve. I live in an apartment in Annapolis so we don't have a fenced in yard. Instead, I take my boy out in the neighborhood on short and extended walks and in the community dog park. Sniff spots and local trails are always on our schedule as our dog is high-energy so he thrives on long walks with lots of smells. Depending on your dog's needs and routine, I'm happy to take them on long walks in and around your neighborhood and parks they're comfortable with, or just playing with them in your own backyard. I'm also open to taking them further out to nature hikes and trails as long as you're comfortable with that. I tend to have Blue Buffalo, Newman's Own, and Charlee Bear treats at the ready (but of course that's up to your discretion) for good dogs and I always adhere to any diet or medication requirements to ensure a happy and healthy experience. About: I have always been a big animal lover. I got my first dog when I turned 2 years old and did everything I could to help take care of her. I got another dog a couple of years later who became my best friend. Before I left for college he would come everywhere with me. I am now the happy and proud owner of a 6 and 12 year old cat and want to continue growing my pet family. In addition to growing up taking care of my own pets I had the responsibility of pet sitting for a lot of different families in my neighborhood. About: I have grown up with medium to large sized dogs my whole life. I have experience with very friendly dogs and dogs that cannot play with others as well as puppies to older dogs. I have cared for my own pets and friends while growing up and can be trusted with any task to ensure your pets needs and safety! I can offer dog walking in the mornings (7-9am) or afternoons (4-7pm) during the week or anytime during the weekends. I am available on the weekends to check-in or stay with your animal overnight as well. I can check-in and care for your animal during the day or overnight at clients homes. I will ensure your pet is fed, walked, bathed, played with and let outside for their needs. I am comfortable with any specific instructions from the owners as well (medication that needs to be taken, crate training, etc).
“Ciarra was absolutely wonderful! She is the first dogsitter I have ever had which made me super skeptical, but when we had our meet & greet my dog Lily and her sweet Toby got along so well! “Ahhhmazing!!! Michelle will absolutely be our go to dog sitter! Oliver is still a puppy so he is high energy and still working on his potty training. This was our first time using rover and his first time away from us. Michelle took care of him above and beyond our expectations! She sent us model pictures of him daily (much better than he lets us take of him, so we have new profile pics of him, lol!) She provided daily updates with the pics too, all of which gave us complete peace of mind! We couldn’t have had a better experience and that made our vacation that much more relaxing. “Eli was awesome! My dog is somewhat shy but she took to Eli right away. Eli picked my furbaby up and once he was back to his home he sent a picture of my pooch and where she had her kennel setup. Skittles was able sit and stare out the windows, which she loves to do. I received plenty of pictures to put me at ease. Eli also had a camera setup so I could see my dog if I wanted!!! I’m super happy with Eli as he was on time for pickup and drop off and overall is a very nice person! I will definitely board my dog with Eli again!!!!”
