About: I have owned dogs my whole life, and know how to take care of them. I also have experience with cats, I have helped my grandfather with a stray cat that chose him! I'm openly available, as of today. I like to volunteer, but that usually only takes about 4 or 5 hours. I will give your pet the time it needs. You make sure that they have plenty of fresh water, eat on time, and walk them every day when the sun is not too hot, eg in the morning or evening.
About: Does your pet need special attention? Strong pup who needs a confident handler? Leery feline with trust issues? I got you. My own dog is a “foster fail” who was considered a “yellow” dog who was very untrusting of people. Now he is a lazy lapdog with no cares in the world. Lots of work to get there but I’d love to help anyone else who struggles to ring “the right” sitter for their stubborn pet. I have volunteered at the local spca to walk all the dogs (with pitties having that special place in my heart). Looking to build a new work/life balance focused on taking care of animals so I am free most days and times of the day. Weekends, daytimes and evenings welcome. Each animal is different. Some pets need time to warm up so I approach animals with respect in their own homes and take the time to gain their trust. I tend to get down on the animals level and let them approach me.
