I adore animals! I have been taking care of animals for 18 years. I formerly worked as a vet tech, where I took care of cats, dogs, hedgehogs, snakes, birds, turtles, tortoises, ferrets, guinea pigs and rabbits. I currently have a cat, who is my darling sweet boy. I would love to take care of your fur baby while you are away. I will make sure they have plenty of love and attention.

I prefer to have a meet-and-greet with the owner and pet prior to my initial drop-in visit. During our first encounter, I will get to know your fur baby. I will ask for routines, feeding habits, typical walk times and any other information you feel is important for me to know so I can care for your buddy while you are away.

I almost canceled my trip because I was very worried about leaving my elderly dog who had just been diagnosed with Cushing’s disease. But after speaking with Ava, I was confident she could handle the medications and take care of my old girl Georgia. She did a wonderful job and even did some cleaning which was totally unnecessary but very much appreciated. Thank you, Ava for taking such good care of Georgia. We’ll be calling on you again!
Ava took time to make our cat comfortable and sent detailed updates and photos of her. It was nice to see how our old girl was doing by while we were away.
This was our first experience with Rover. Ava was professional, timely, and provided great communication during pet sessions. We came home to a happy dog, and a clean home ( Ava even pulled the trash cans down the night before needed due to our late return!!). Definitely worth the price for not having to corral several neighbors to coordinate pet care.
Ava is amazing! My family could no longer watch my two cats last minute before a long vacation, I had to find a cat sitter for the 1st time. Even though, I was a nervous Nelly, Ava totally put me at ease that my guys would be well taken care of. And they were!
Ava is very friendly, receptive and empathetic to what our senior cat needs, and so flexible!
Ava is such a wonderful dog sitter and I hope to be able to use her again! She took on a last minute booking and even facetimed with me beforehand. My pup Luna tends to run on the anxious side when being left with new people, but she could sense Ava's kindness. Ava is definitely a dog person and has a scientific understanding of how to work with dogs. I also really appreciated the updates she shared. Thank you Ava!!

I am available around the clock on Saturdays and Sundays to care for your fur babies. I have plenty of time to shower your animal companion(s) with love.
