“Michael was an awesome pet sitter for my 2 kitties. Each time Michael visited them, he made sure to spend quality time with them. He even worked himself to get the cats to come to him. My girl cat, it takes patience with her as she is very scared and hides and Michael really wanted her to get some attention. There was a slight break in her when Michael wanted to stop by to feed them dinner with my approval even though he was only instructed to just feed them breakfast. About: I am 18 and care for my pets (2 dogs and 3 cats) currently with my family. I have house-sat many for my friends and family. My experience includes: - Walking - Check-ins (feeding, playtime) - Caring for client animals in my home - Taking out garbage and bringing in packages/mail I am usually busy during the day with school however, I am free mostly every night check-in with the pets or stay the night if need be! In my home my mom and I work together to feed our dogs twice a day. I also make sure to walk them at least once per day. As for my clients I have pet sat at their house and checked in at least 3 times a day for food and play time. I have also brought pets over to stay at my house. I do this with lots of caution though making sure they feel comfortable and have a safe space to go (usually my room) to get away from others.

About: Hello! As a college student, the last couple years have been the first time in my life when I didn't have a dog in the house. Growing up, we always had animals, as did my extended family, so not being around them has been kind of a bummer. I really enjoy taking care of animals. The sort of love we give and recieve from them is really special, and very important to me. I've been taking care of the family dogs (and cats!), since I was a preteen. Whenever a relative or friend went on a long trip, or a short one, I would be the they asked to check up on the dogs, stay with them, take care of them. Sometimes that meant staying in the home, other times just visiting throughout the day. I also have experience taking care of older dogs, young puppies, and those with special medical needs. For many years, my family had two dogs Jackson and Billie, who were brother and sister and had the same congenital condition. When they had flare-ups I took care of giving them their medicine and keeping an eye on them. I look forward to helping keep your pets safe, healthy, and happy! Luckily, I have quite a bit of flexibility built into my schedule. Most of the work I'm doing can be done from anywhere at most times of day. Because of this, there's some variation week-to-week and day-to-day but I'm happy to move things around to make things work for your family! Of course, all pets are different! I'm happy to work with you to make the best experience for your animal. I'm always delighted to play tug-of-war, fetch, or anything else! I go on multiple walks a day, everyday, so I'm very happy to bring some company along in the form of your pup. If your pets prefer to stay in, though, I can think of no better pastime than cuddling with them.

Kayla didn't make it to the last visit because of a family emergency, but I actually got home earlier than I expected. So he didn't have to wait to long to get his breakfast. Arem was a great sitter! He made sure our cat was good, played with, fed, and everything was okay each day. He sent us daily updates with how she was doing along with photos of her, so we had a chance to see her as well. He was very communicative and made sure we were updated on everything.
