“Rachel is professional with excellent communication and we felt very comfortable having her house sit our two dogs! And from the pictures, I know the dogs liked her too!”

“Robert was amazing! I took a weekend trip and he provided house sitting for my 2 high energy dogs. They had a great weekend with him and I received adorable photo updates. Robert was respectful and kind in every interaction. I highly recommend his services and would book with him again!”

“Nothing personal against Rachel, she seemed very professional and that she took very good care of my dogs, it’s just the company Rover wasn’t good at communicating and not helpful in solving problems.”

“Madeline did such a wonderful job taking care of our pups in our home for the weekend! She was super responsible and responsive and it was clear our babies had a wonderful time with her. We will definitely reach out to Madeline again for future dogsitting!”

“Chandler was an amazing house sitter!! She was communicative and punctual, and was so good with our large dog. Chandler took our dog on extra long walks to help her with her weight loss, and went the extra mile in the home to let our cuddly dog snuggle in bed with her during the scary NYE fireworks. She sent lots of pictures and updates while we were away. Also our house was so clean when we got home and I don’t think our dog even minded that we were gone. I’d recommend Chandler to anyone!”

“Excellent communication and very friendly. She did great with our high maintenance dog and 3 friendly cats. She took great care of our home and asked great questions. Really grateful to have found such a nice person to watch our pets and home while we were one for 6 days. Highly recommend and will definitely try to book again!”

“Lexi was a wonderful sitter for us when we needed to be out of town! We returned to a happy pup and a clean home - what a joy! We will definitely be turning to Lexi in the future when we need someone to watch our sweet dog again.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Maria. I have never had a bad experience with any of the walkers, sitters, etc. with Rover but Maria is in a class all her own. She watched my boy, Toby for a week and he was so loved and cared for. She sent pictures of their extended walks, and many of her just loving on him. She took him to her house and introduced him to her cats and it was amazing. I know he was so happy and therefore I never had to worry once about him. I highly recommend her as I will be using her again and again. She is a treasure!!!”

“Majdoline did a great job house sitting for our 2 Goldendoodles & managing our home. She followed all of our directions to a “T.” Very pleased with her work and we feel like our babies and our home were in very good hands. We will definitely have her again.”
“Riley is a very compassionate and dependable person. He. Cared for my 3 animals well & let them climb over him letting them get comfy in his lap! I will be using Riley any time I need someone to stay with my babies❤️”

“As always, Morgan took great care of our babies! If she’s available, Morgan is our go to. Her attitude and love of our fur babies is awesome and she always leaves the home completely squared away. We love Morgan!!!”

“She did a phenomenal job communicating before, during, and after the stay with pur dogs. Not only that but she did all the things we asked and our dogs weren't stressed or upset by our not being there, just showing how well she interacted with them. We will definitely look to have her help again in the future!”

“Regina did an awesome job taking care of my pups! She has a naturally calming energy. I've never seen my dogs NOT bark at someone who enters our house, but with Regina, they didn't make a peep. They just jumped into her lap and made themselves at home!”

“Katherine was amazing with my girls!! She was able to do a meet and greet before our booking and ever since was very responsive and kept me update all the time. At the time of her stay she was very respectful of our home, and took amazing care of my dogs. Definitely will book again!!”

“Neri saved our New Year trip and sat for our 2 dogs when our first sitter had a medical emergency. The pups were very content with her and she was prompt and professional. We highly recommend her for and pet care and house sitting.”

“Jessica came in clutch when another dog sitter fell through only a few days from me leaving town. She was very flexible, accommodating, and took great care of my best friend. Her generosity and help ensured I was able to get home to my family for a few days during Christmas. She was very responsive and helped make a stressful situation less stressful. I would definitely recommend Jessica.”

“Sierra was simply amazing! She was actively playing with our pups and making them feel comfortable while we were out of town. She followed all the instructions left and even went above and beyond. She would always send pictures and videos of the pups which I am grateful for since I was missing them. Great communication and responded promptly. I’ve had a few sitters on Rover and Sierra was by far the best! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I cannot recommend Deara highly enough. She was very communicative, punctual, sends lots of pics and videos, cared for my pup so well…and my house was left sparkling clean. I had a good feeling about her right from the start and I feel so much better knowing my pup is in such excellent hands.”

Fort Meade pet parents share their Rover experiences
Macaroni came to us as a very scared cat with a poor background who ran at the sight of anyone new. She usually stops eating as an initial respomse to stress. Rachel haf her cuddling and eating normally from the moment of her arrival. It was such a relief!

We "reserved" Ava for a trip we're taking in May. We had an opportunity for a "trial run" with her for the overnight stay Feb. 7-8. We had a meet and greet with her the weekend before our overnight. We were anxious to meet and get to know Ava. Not only were we leaving our precious Finn with someone we really didn't know, we were also leaving her in the care of our home. You know how there are people you meet for the first time and you just click? This is how we felt about Ava. From the moment she walked into our home for the meet and greet, it felt like we'd known her for quite a while--comfortable, friendly and easy going. Finn felt the same as he went right to her and was comfortable the whole time Ava was here. We left her with Finn and the house for the night, knowing both were in good hands. We were right. Finn greeted her at the door and didn't seem "sad" to see us go. We got texts from Ava and a picture to let us know all was well. When we got home, it didn't look like anyone had been here. She cared for our home as she cared for Finn. We look forward to having Ava return in May--and probably before that as well. She's wonderful!

Jaci did a great job house-sitting my old pup. He has a number of health issues, and she asked great questions about his care during our meet & greet. With her background in veterinary care, she was knowledgeable of his medications and I felt secure that he'd be in very capable hands.

Samantha did an amazing job taking care of my dog, Sadie, while I was away. She gave me plenty of updates, and was very responsive. I could tell that Sadie was well cared for, and I knew that she was in great hands. I will definitely be asking Samantha to take care of Sadie again in the future.

Mari did absolutely amazing job with my Bella. We were gone 13 days and I got constant updates and pictures. Bella was treated as Mari,s own baby. Bella had no issues or accidents. Our house was left spotless as well. I can't thank Mari enough for a marvelous job she did. I felt like a relative was staying with my Bella. Mari cares for animals as her own children. I highly recommend her services to all dog parents. 🐕
