“Jennifer provided detailed updates and pictures and did a great job with the food and litter boxes! She also spent quality time with the kitties who warmed up to her pretty quick.”

“Jacob took excellent care of my cats! They got plenty of play and attention, and he made sure they had clean water and a clean box and put out extra food and water out for them when the power went out unexpectedly to replace what they would have gotten from the automatic feeder and fountain.”

“Jessica was communicative and friendly! I have one scaredy cat with special needs, & she handled him wonderfully. Both of my kitties were happy and well-taken care of while I was away. Knowing that Jessica was watching my pets helped me feel comfortable & relaxed. Will certainly book again!”

“Becky went above and beyond in taking care of our cats. She was incredibly communicative, quickly responded to our cats' many antics, and was attentive to every detail of their care. Because of her great sense of humor, we were excited every time a new Rover card was posted, where her love and care for our cats was apparent. It can be hard to leave your pets with a stranger, but we felt completely at ease knowing that Becky was taking care of them. We would recommend her to all pet parents looking for a reliable and conscientious sitter.”

“Laurette was great with my cat Dilly! He instantly warmed to her and she sent great photos and videos. She was also very clear if her drop-in times had to shift for whatever reason. Came home to a very happy kitty!”

“Christine did such a wonderful job taking care of my cat. My cat stayed in hiding for every visit but she still did a great job of updating me on her food and water levels and assuring me that she was doing fine. She was easy to communicate with and very kind.”

“I’ve had Celeste check in on my cats multiple times and I hope to have her check in on them when I am away as long as she is able to! She always leaves great videos and photos and very detailed check in notes. Thank you so much Celeste for your great care of my two cats!”

“Kathy is a gem of a cat sitter!!! I’m so glad I found them for my cat Sashimi because they’re a real cat person and it shows in the questions they asked, and the care and attention they gave. Kathy oversees 5 cats at home so they really understand the language and needs. Mine is senior and diabetic and requires insulin twice a day and Kathy did it like a champ, wrote full reviews of the visit, and sent cute pics too! I didn’t realize how much photos of the fur baby would mean but it is super nice to see them when you’re away. I can totally tell by the photos that Sashimi was fine. She even watered my plants which is nice. Thank you Kathy for your time and Sashimi thanks you too!”

“Sarah was great with my two cats! Even my shyer cat came right up to her when she was meeting them. While I was away she took a lot of pictures and sent me thoughtful updates so I knew they were doing well. I will definitely book with her again!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. Growing up on my grandparents' farm, I developed a deep love and understanding for animals of all kinds. Over the years, I've also cared for two of the most unique dog breeds— a Chihuahua named AJ and a Chinese Shar-Pei named Roxie—both known for their distinct personalities. Additionally, I’ve had the pleasure of dog-sitting for two friends here in the Bay Area: a Golden Doodle named Riley and a Lab-Boxer mix named Uno. I truly enjoyed these experiences, which gave me the confidence to expand my pet care services through Rover. With plenty of patience and a genuine affection for animals, I’ll treat your pet like my own and ensure they receive the care and attention they deserve. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, operating on East Coast hours. This allows me to be available most afternoons, evenings, and early mornings on days when I don't have meetings. I’ll keep my schedule updated weekly to avoid double bookings. In my downtime, I love getting outside for walks— and I’d be thrilled to have the company of a new furry friend! As a dedicated and loving pet caregiver, I treat every pet as if they were my own. When caring for your pet in the comfort of your home, my priority is to create a familiar, safe, and comfortable environment. I follow your pet's routine to ensure they feel secure, whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime, or snuggles. I am attentive to your pet's needs and always keep them engaged and happy while respecting your home and boundaries. You can trust that your pet will receive the same care, affection, and attention that I would give to my own animals.

“Maddie was fantastic! I was looking for a cat sitter on relatively short notice, and she saved the day for me. My cat is pretty slow to warm up to people, but he really loved Maddie. Would absolutely recommend.”

About: Everyone thinks they have the best dog in the world, and everyone is right! Undergrad student, animal lover, photographer and creative. (I can take the most beautiful portraits of your love!) I’ve grown up with a Doberman, Dachschund, Shih Tzu and currently stay with my baby German Shepherd, Teddy. Whether it’s a big dogs with gentle attitudes or small dogs with fierce ones, I have the heart for it. I’m from the Philippines, where I’ve worked to rescue street dogs and ensure a shelter where they’re properly fed. When I’m in, I read, watch a movie, work on my cameras or paintings. When I’m out, I love to hike, run, or simply mindfully walk - and there’s no harm doing all of that with a buddy.

About: Growing up in a dog-loving household, I developed a deep connection with canines from an early age. My proudest experience was raising my own corgi from puppyhood, learning all aspects of responsible pet ownership. This hands-on experience taught me everything from training and grooming to understanding unique breed characteristics. Combined with helping care for my parents' dogs, I've developed a comprehensive understanding of dog behavior, daily care routines, and the importance of consistent, loving attention. As a student with a flexible schedule, I'm available consistently on weekends and most weekday afternoons. I carefully plan my pet care commitments around my classes to ensure dedicated, unrushed time with each pet. I can provide morning walks, midday check-ins, and extended playtime sessions, always prioritizing the pets' routines and needs. I prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. When visiting clients' homes, I follow their specific care instructions meticulously and maintain regular updates through photos and messages. I ensure all doors are secured, maintain a clean environment, and keep pets on their regular feeding and exercise schedules. I also have pet first-aid knowledge for added peace of mind.

“reliable, communicative, and very easy to coordinate everything with! she was flexible and great with the dog, would definitely recommend her to other pet owners and would use her in the future!”
