About: I have had a dog my whole life. I grew up with 1 or 2 dogs and always helped my parents care for them. 4 years ago my husband and I got our own dog, a black lab, who we adore! We often watch family dogs, ranging from puppy to 12 years old. My dog gets along well with all dogs and loves to play! The best part of my day is spent with dogs. I work full time in home health therapy so travel around for my job. I build my own schedule and am flexible with work allowing me to take breaks during the day for pet care if needed. After I get home from work, I walk and play with my dog. My house has a large living room with a box of toys and bones. The pets are allowed anywhere in the house and are allowed on beds and furniture in my home. I understand that not all people allow dogs on furniture and I would always respect that, enforcing the rules set by the owners of the pet. My yard is fenced in allowing for dogs to run freely in the backyard.

About: Hi there! My name is Laura and I am a person with a huge heart for animals and have been my entire life! Most of my experience comes from my personal background of owning larger dogs in my family and on my own as an adult. I grew up with a yellow lab and now have a pitbull mix and a lab mix, so I am very familiar and skilled with handling large breeds and their exercise needs and behaviors. There are dogs of all sizes in my family and I feel very comfortable caring for and playing with pups of all sizes, too! I have brought both of my dogs to training courses and feel confident with handling various dog breeds. I bring a warm, welcoming personality which can help with animals that are more shy and are missing their parents. I take a nurturing and maternal approach with all pets to make sure that they know I can be trusted. I look forward to bonding with your beloved friends and being a Rover employee you can count on! I am a bit newer here on Rover (started in the summer of 2024), so that is why there are not that many reviews yet, but I do have great testimonials from friends and family which are included :) When taking care of your dog(s), I always make sure that they are in sight and either safely inside your home, in a fenced in yard or on a leash. I am vigilant about making sure any pets I take care of are always accounted for and never running loose on their own, as I treat your pups as I would treat my own. When it comes to house sitting, with all my clients I like to stay overnight at their home so they can feel at ease knowing their pets are being watched after and there is someone present to watch over their property while away.

About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats and I loved every second of it. And I can’t wait to take care of your animals too! I am not currently working so I have plenty of time to hangout with your pets! I am available to start anytime after noon or if need be earlier if requested. I don’t have a yard but I have a small grassed area that is not fenced in. But I have a lot of places to go for walks in the area.

About: I have experience with dogs 8 weeks - 14 years. I have extensive knowledge of senior dogs. I am less experienced in cat care, but I have had cats in the past, and have also house sat for friends who have 3. I am currently a college student, so I will be unavailable on Mondays. I also have a part time job from 8:30 am - 5 pm. I am available on weekends for dog sitting or after 5:30 pm weekdays. I would love to find out what type of exercise your pet needs. I enjoy walking and I am very good with a chuck it.

About: My name is Corrie and I love animals, I have 2 cats, 2 dogs and 2 kids. They mean so much to me. I have a passion for caring for animals of all kinds. I love going for walks with my dogs. I have a big yard that's 2.5 acres and we roam around the whole thing. Some of it's long grass so I will check for ticks. I cut or file my own dogs nails as well and can offer that if needed depending how well the dog or cat does. I work full time but work from home some days of the week, Wednesdays and Fridays. We are available in evenings and weekends. Especially in the winter. We have a large yard. Most of the time we let the dogs out on a 50 foot leash for quick potty breaks. Rocky is allowed to roam a little. Otherwise we walk the dogs around the yard or neighborhood. Have a large crate when needed.

About: I am a responsible dog owner and have taken care of many cats. As an owner of a senior dog, I know that all we care about is giving our friends a happy and healthy life. Im currently looking into moving abroad to teach english, so I have a lot of free time to take care of your pet companion. I am available morning or late at night, whatever best suits your schedule. I would feel safest in an environment with a fenced in yard. My dogs were trained with an electric fence, therefore I do not want to bring other dogs here.

About: I absolutely love dogs. I have two Australia Shepard who I call my fur babies. We do a lot of walks and playing outside. I always make sure that they are safe and get a lot of attention. I have a one acre lot that is fenced in. I do have a large yard and an unfinished basement Incase it rains we play down stairs. Depending on how much they eat and drink I try to do potty breaks every 2 hours if needed. If they are bed snugglers I would allow them to cuddle with me in bed. If they are kennel trained I would honor that as well. I will be able to fit your schedule such as feeding times, play times and potty breaks. I am also flexible with time as well. I currently work from home. Working from home allows me to be with the dogs during the day and allows for frequent potty breaks as well as attention. I can also allow play time outside on my breaks. I two friendly dogs for your dog to play with. I have a fenced in yard that keep my high entertained dogs entertained. If needed I can do 1:1 time and put my dogs away so your fur baby gets some 1:1 attention for a hour or so :)

I’ve been caring for dogs since I was about 8 years old which was when I got my first puppy! I’ve also had plenty of cats over the years and even rats and ferrets.
