“Tamany and her husband have trained a large, young, neutered dog for the last year to be friendly and obedient. Our small dog, who is often afraid of large dogs, is happy playing outside with Samson. Her 13-year-old daughter and she often walk Samson together in the morning around the streets in their neighborhood. Samson is gentle at the dog park, not responding in kind to aggressive dogs. They have successfully taken day-long trips in the van with the dog and all the family. So, Tamany knows how to care for and treat a dog to get the best behavior and keep him happy. Tamany is a stay-at-home mom of four school-age children, who drops them off and picks them up from school. They have a large double lot yard with plenty of shade in a quiet neighborhood. A large area in their basement is cleared out for the dog and his kennel. Before adopting Samson, they cared for a cat throughout his life, involving the children in his care.”

About: My name is Corrie and I love animals, I have 2 cats, 2 dogs and 2 kids. They mean so much to me. I have a passion for caring for animals of all kinds. I love going for walks with my dogs. I have a big yard that's 2.5 acres and we roam around the whole thing. Some of it's long grass so I will check for ticks. I cut or file my own dogs nails as well and can offer that if needed depending how well the dog or cat does. I work full time but work from home some days of the week, Wednesdays and Fridays. We are available in evenings and weekends. Especially in the winter. We have a large yard. Most of the time we let the dogs out on a 50 foot leash for quick potty breaks. Rocky is allowed to roam a little. Otherwise we walk the dogs around the yard or neighborhood. Have a large crate when needed.

About: I have been around cats and dogs my whole life! I’ve been taking care of them since I could. I have experience with young pets, older pets, and pets of many temperaments! I’ve worked on training puppies, administered medication, and helped with other special care. I’m currently in school and working part time. I am most free on the weekends so if you’re away and need a sitter for a weekend trip, I’ll be around! I am willing to care for pets in your home, but unfortunately I can’t keep them in mine. I like to know all the rules an owner had before taking care of their pet. I always want to be sure to keep their furry friend safe and loved!

Kristin will not let your dog get away with things that you maybe can’t figure out how to stop them from doing, while also making the dog fall in love with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and has worked with every kind of dog so she can give you great advice if you ask her! She taught me so many easy tricks that have truly changed our house. You really need to try her out to see and I promise that you won’t be disappointed.”

About: My first degree in animal medicine and previous career as a veterinary technician has given me experience caring for many pets. I have had cats, dogs, fish, and hamsters throughout my life. I also check in on pets of friends and family when they are away to allow pets to remain comfortable in their own homes. I'm comfortable giving medication and a bath if needed during the drop in visit. I'm currently working on my masters degree in nursing and this allows me to earn some income for my family while in school. I am allow to choose days that I am available and keep a flexible schedule for my life. I have three cats and a cattle dog that all have their own personalities and daily needs. We go on walks and visit dog parks to keep up with the energy demands of out dog Harvey. He also has food allergies that require some special feed with raw food and supplements. My past career in veterinary medicine as a technician has allowed me to be comfortable with many pet personalities and medication administrations.

I’ve been caring for dogs since I was about 8 years old which was when I got my first puppy! I’ve also had plenty of cats over the years and even rats and ferrets. I am very reliable and I will give your animals lots of attention and affection. I love taking walks and your dogs will love taking them with me!
