About: I have grown up around animals and have always adored how wonderful companions they are. I grew up taking care of family members dogs when they went on vacations, which gave me early experience with feeding, walking, and general care. I also have some experience with cats from having one when I was younger and helping care for a few friends and family members cats over the years. I am comfortable helping with basic cat care such as feeding, litter box cleaning, and spending time with them. I have my own dog, Hadley, an 8 year old golden retriever. She is very spunky, sometimes a troublemaker, but very sweet. She loves walks and I have walked her for years and really enjoy doing so. Caring for her has helped me build strong experience with daily routines and understanding a dog’s needs. Within the past year, I started working at a shelter where I take care of dogs, including some with aggression and fear issues due to neglect and other reasons. I feed them, walk them, clean up after them, play with them, and give them love and attention while they wait to be adopted. That experience has taught me how to be around different types of dogs, adapt to their needs, and make sure our furry friends are always loved and cared for. I take pride in being reliable, attentive, and patient when caring for animals. I always treat pets as if they were my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Pet care fits very easily into my daily and weekly routine because my schedule is very flexible and open during the week. I am available throughout weekdays, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. On weekends, my availability is more occasional, but I am still open to working them depending on the need and advance notice. I am reliable with time management and make sure I plan ahead so I can consistently show up on time and give each pet the attention they need. Overall, having a flexible schedule allows me to be dependable and available for pet care while still maintaining balance with my other commitments. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize their safety, comfort, and normal routine. I make sure to follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk times, playtime, and any specific care needs for each pet. For home sitting, I focus on keeping pets calm and comfortable in their own environment, making sure they get consistent attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. For drop-in visits, I make sure all essential needs are met, including feeding, bathroom breaks, cleaning up if needed, and spending time with the pet so they feel cared for and not alone. For dog walking, I make sure walks are safe, controlled, and appropriate for each dog’s energy level and behavior. I also pay close attention to each pet’s personality and comfort level, especially with animals that may be shy, anxious, or require extra patience. I have experience working with different types of dogs from my time at a shelter, which has helped me stay calm, observant, and adaptable. In addition, I respect the client’s home by keeping everything clean, secure, and exactly as I found it. My goal is always to provide reliable care so pets feel safe and owners feel confident and at ease.

About: I have always grown up with pets and I have loved taking care of them. I am also going to college to be a veterinarian. I currently work part time so I will have plenty of free time and my schedule will be very open this summer to take care of your animals. About: No matter the breed or age of the dogs I have cared for, one thing remains the same - the love and affection they always share. I have over 25 years of experience caring for families' dogs and sometimes cats. I work remotely full-time from my home and am also able to work full-time from your home with Wifi. I am available to care for your pup(s) any day of the week. I have a large yard and will personally walk your dog in the yard as often as needed with a leash. I am available to take your dog for longer walks at least twice a day. I have a large indoor crate and dog beds if needed.

About: I may be new to Rover, but I’ve grown up around dogs and currently have a dog of my own, so I understand the patience, attention, and care pets need every day. I’ve also helped friends and family care for their dogs, including feeding, walking, playing, and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. What makes me different is that I truly treat every dog like family and want them to feel safe, loved, and cared for, not just watched. Since I am not in school right now, I have a very flexible schedule throughout the week and weekends! About: I have a real love and passion for all animals. I have special skills in diabetes care for my sisters elderly cat and I have trained my own pups (Shar pei, lab pit bull mix and chocolate lab). I am currently a stay at home dad looking to make some extra money. I have pretty open schedule Monday- Sunday starting at 8am I am available. I currently have a miniature schnauzer and I let her outside hooked up to a chain and I go on multiple long walks around our neighborhood. I could easily crate your dog if that is what you prefer. I do keep little Buttons crate over night but that is by Buttons preference (she just loves her crate) and she roams free during the day.

About: Hi! My name is Katelyn and I love working with all kinds of animals! I volunteer at the Animal Humane Society in Coon Rapids as a Animal Care Assistent where I walk, engage, entertain, and comfort dogs of all kinds and sizes twice a week. I have taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies and chickens my entire life. I just enjoy being able to give animals the entertainment, exercise and love that they deserve. I am currently a student-athlete at Northern Michigan University but am home for the summer in Elk River. I am available almost any day of the week and at almost any time to take care of your pet! My dog at home, Millie, is a very nervous dog overall so I am very patient and calm with her to make sure she is comfortable. I know when she wants to be left alone or when she wants to play or be pet. My cat is very independent but likes to be around people if he is not sleeping. He doesn’t love to be picked up or pet a lot so I just enjoy when he is present in the room.

About: Hello! I'm Kaity and I have over 15 years of professional dog training experience. I used to work inside the Federal Prisons in Minnesota teaching inmates how to raise and train service dogs for a local non-profit. I have also run a local pet food store where I educated pet parents daily about nutrition, care and everything in-between. Dogs are my true passion in life. I majored in Animal Science in college and went through a dog training school in North Carolina so I know all about how to handle your pets and make sure they are comfortable in my care. I own 2 border collies and a golden retriever who keep me on my toes and love all of their furry friends!
