Amber was a pleasure to work with. She communicated even minor updates, cared so much that she cleaned up a small excitement piddle on the floor, and other things she noticed as things to be aware of. She was kind enough to also move a delivered package indoors for us. We absolutely look forward to future care with Amber as the need arises.

Our sweet girl loved having Logan come and walk her every day while we were out of town. Even though my older kids were home, it gave me peace of mind having Logan check in on our sweet girl. The extra attention was greatly appreciated. The updates were helpful. I highly recommend hiring Logan.

Tamany treated my pup with so much care and he loved spending time with her and her daughter. He got so excited seeing them. He knew that he was going to have a great walk. This was my first experience using Rover and I was so worried about trusting my baby with a stranger. Tamany arranged a meet and greet first to make sure that she would be a good fit. I knew within the first 5 minutes that she would be perfect. Thank you Tamany for treating Remmy like he was your pup! I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

About: I worked at a doggy daycare for about 6 months. I did dog walking in my area for a couple years when I was younger. A few of those dogs I would also stop by, feed, and sit with for a bit inside the home. I don’t own a dog but if it was my choice I would. I have been surrounded by dogs my whole life and have yet to find one who hasn’t loved me. I can walk as early at 6AM and as late as 2PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Thursday and Friday I am available as early as 6AM and as late as 5PM. I can easily crate your dogs if needed, big or small. I used gentle parenting because animals are just like babies. I know how to stop conflict between two pets (i worked at a doggy daycare).

I recently hired Haley for her dog walking services over a 3 week period. She had excellent communication, wrote adorable updates and notes at each visit, and always sent photos. She took excellent care of my two French bulldogs and even followed extra instructions as needed with my 10 month old puppy. I would highly recommend Haley!

About: Hello! My name is Gabrielle, I’m 27 years old and I’ve always loved animals. I’ve had animals my whole life. I’ve been caring for dogs since I was about 8 years old which was when I got my first puppy! I’ve also had plenty of cats over the years and even rats and ferrets. I am very reliable and I will give your animals lots of attention and affection. I love taking walks and your dogs will love taking them with me! I’m currently a stay at home mom and we don’t do a whole lot! I would love to change that by walking, playing and caring for dogs/cats, etc. It would be great for my son to be involved too! You can contact me anytime if you are interested in the services I provide. Thank you! I have a very open schedule. I have a dog myself and some cats so I’m very used to caring for animals! My days are usually very open so I usually am able to work on your schedule! Feeding, walking, playing, brushing, toileting, belly rubs! I can also administer oral medications if needed. If there is anything special or not typical let me know before hand & we can work it out!

David and Amy have been walking Angel four the past several weeks. I've found them to be reliable, enthusiastic, and caring dog walkers, and feel confident that my dog Angel will be safe in their care while I'm at work. They leave detailed Rover cards following each visit that outline the walk taken, as well as a summary of Angel's activities. They also provide fabulous photos taken during each walk - several of which I plan to have framed!

About: I have a real love and passion for all animals. I have special skills in diabetes care for my sisters elderly cat and I have trained my own pups (Shar pei, lab pit bull mix and chocolate lab). I am currently a stay at home dad looking to make some extra money. I have pretty open schedule Monday- Sunday starting at 8am I am available. I currently have a miniature schnauzer and I let her outside hooked up to a chain and I go on multiple long walks around our neighborhood. I could easily crate your dog if that is what you prefer. I do keep little Buttons crate over night but that is by Buttons preference (she just loves her crate) and she roams free during the day.

About: Hi! I’m Emily and i am 25 years old. Animals have always been a huge part of my life! I currently work at a local Veterinary Clinic as a Veterinary Assistant, so I have a lot of knowledge and experience being around all different types of breeds and sizes. I enjoy spending some of my free time volunteering at a local Animal Shelter where I walk, play and socialize with the fur babies there. Being a volunteer and working with animals, I have experience handling all types of breeds, personalities and behaviors. Being able to understand how and what a pet may be feeling and knowing the best way to make sure they are as comfortable as possible is the key in any successful relationship with any type of animal. Working as an Assistant, I have experience with giving certain types of medications, including insulin injections and oral medication. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends very soon! I am currently working full time during the week, but have the weekends off, so I have plenty of time to spend and care for your beloved fur babies! Providing a safe and fun experience for you and your fur babies is the most important thing to me. Treating your pets like my own is the key to a successful relationship!

About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs since high school. I have dog sat at many homes and have had dogs in my own home as well. I am currently working full-time but do work from home on Fridays. My partner works 0.3 miles from our home and comes home for lunch everyday. I am home from work around 5pm everyday. I have two fur babies that can keep your fur baby(ies) company while you are away. They are very friendly towards other dogs! We have a big back yard to play. We offer snuggles on the couch and in bed. Walks are necessary and the deck in the back is great for some sun!

About: I have been a Rover pet sitter since 2023. I will care for cats, small to medium dogs, and small animals. Cats are my speciality. I am also available for dog-walking and dog mid-day let-out. As for small animals, I have experience with guinea pigs, bunnies, and fish. If I haven't had experience with a type of small animal before, please give me very specific instructions and I will thoroughly research the animal and its care before the booking. In my lifetime, I have lived with five cats and four dogs, was the primary caregiver for two cats and my many fish, and helped to care for the other animals throughout their lifespans. Growing up, I attended three summers of horse camp at Camp Kici Yapi and also had one year of English riding lessons. As a young adult, I volunteered at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire. I have experience with administering tablet, liquid, topical, and eye drop medications, and have been vet-trained to give injected medication such as insulin. I also have experience with specialized diets and with various special needs, and have cared for animals while they were having medical issues. If your pet has some degree of aggression issues, please describe it in your message so I can better determine if I am qualified to care for your pet. Please note that Rover may tell you that I am not available on dates when I actually am if another client is pending a Meet and Greet for a booking with any of the same dates, even if there are no overlapping time slots. Pet sitting is now my full-time job. I have an open schedule and am available from 8am-9pm every day of the week. I am studying to become a translator and I have Japanese lessons three days a week in the evening, but the system has me book time slots every week that can vary, and usually I have enough notice from a client to book the lessons around my pet sitting schedule. However, if I am given shorter notice, I may not be able to move around the lesson times and may have to fulfill an evening visit at an altered time on a particular day. When I arrive for drop-in visits, I hold my supply bag in front of me as I enter the door to prevent cats from escaping. For evening visits, I may also leave a light on at the entrance as another measure against an escape. I store all keys in a designated bag and label them when necessary; I avoid opening the key bag inside the car, where keys could fall into difficult-to-reach places in the car. I maintain the cleanliness of the food and water dishes and litter box each day and clean up any accidents, vomit, or hairballs that I find. If I need to administer oral or topical medication to a shy cat, I will need you to close the doors to certain rooms in the house where the cat can get into more difficult hiding places, and may even need to keep the cat isolated to one room. I will handle old, frail animals more delicately, particularly if I need to grab them for a medication.

Great communicator, was timely, and our mini poodle loved her - evident during the meet and greet. Walk went smoothly and she was able to get the pet gate up on the fly for us (it didn’t get put up that morning due to rushing out the door.
