About: Hi! My name is Katelyn and I love working with all kinds of animals! I volunteer at the Animal Humane Society in Coon Rapids as a Animal Care Assistent where I walk, engage, entertain, and comfort dogs of all kinds and sizes twice a week. I have taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies and chickens my entire life. I just enjoy being able to give animals the entertainment, exercise and love that they deserve. I am currently a student-athlete at Northern Michigan University but am home for the summer in Elk River. I am available almost any day of the week and at almost any time to take care of your pet! My dog at home, Millie, is a very nervous dog overall so I am very patient and calm with her to make sure she is comfortable. I know when she wants to be left alone or when she wants to play or be pet. My cat is very independent but likes to be around people if he is not sleeping. He doesn’t love to be picked up or pet a lot so I just enjoy when he is present in the room.

About: I have raised several dogs from the time they were puppies. I have done obedience training with all of them. I truly enjoy the loyal companionship of a dog. I am currently on SSDI, so I am retired. I do have a karaoke DJ business, but that usually only takes me away one or two nights a month. I currently have a French bulldog who is fixed and he is very friendly with other dogs. I also have two cats, but I have the ability to separate them from the rest of the house.

About: My name is Corrie and I love animals, I have 2 cats, 2 dogs and 2 kids. They mean so much to me. I have a passion for caring for animals of all kinds. I love going for walks with my dogs. I have a big yard that's 2.5 acres and we roam around the whole thing. Some of it's long grass so I will check for ticks. I cut or file my own dogs nails as well and can offer that if needed depending how well the dog or cat does. I work full time but work from home some days of the week, Wednesdays and Fridays. We are available in evenings and weekends. Especially in the winter. We have a large yard. Most of the time we let the dogs out on a 50 foot leash for quick potty breaks. Rocky is allowed to roam a little. Otherwise we walk the dogs around the yard or neighborhood. Have a large crate when needed.

About: I may be new to Rover, but I’ve grown up around dogs and currently have a dog of my own, so I understand the patience, attention, and care pets need every day. I’ve also helped friends and family care for their dogs, including feeding, walking, playing, and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. What makes me different is that I truly treat every dog like family and want them to feel safe, loved, and cared for, not just watched. Since I am not in school right now, I have a very flexible schedule throughout the week and weekends! I’d love to help care for your pets and make sure they feel comfortable and loved while you’re away. I provide care for pets in my client’s home so they can stay comfortable in a familiar environment and keep their normal routine. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and bathroom breaks, and I always try to make them feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. About: I’ve loved animals my whole life. Since I got my first dog at 8 years old I’ve always had them around. Currently I’m lucky enough to have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 1 bird, 12 chickens and a horse, all of which are spoiled. I currently have a dog, cat and horse treat business selling health pet treats at the local farmers markets with my 14 year old daughter. We live on 2 quiet acres outside of a small town. Nice walks are a must in the mornings and evenings on leash of course.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16. In high school, I worked at a dog daycare for 3 years where I was a manager and handled up to 30 dogs on a daily basis. These dogs varied in breed and behavioral characteristics, and it was my responsibility to ensure they were cared for and safe. I followed strict procedures regarding meals, safety, and potty breaks. I’ve also been a go to dog-sitter for friends and family for the past 3 years, staying in their homes taking care of their pets and following the provided instructions they left for me. My tasks as a dog sitter have included feeding at designated times, playing with them, and letting them out regularly. I’m currently between jobs and have a seasonal coaching job (ends in May) so my schedule is very open except from 3-5:15 M-F due to my coaching responsibilities. My flexible schedule allows me to take care of your pups and give them the time they deserve. When taking care of your pups or kitties (for overnights or drop ins), I love being given specific care instructions to ensure that there isn’t a change in their routine.
