About: I have taken care of dogs and cats of all sizes since I was little. I grew up with animals my whole life. When I turned 13, my neighbors would ask me to take care of their dogs and/or cats when they were gone. Whether it was feeding and letting them out or going on walks and cleaning the cat litter box or even giving them medication. I am currently enrolled at the University of Minnesota, majoring in Animal Science with a Pre-Veterinary focus. My spring semester schedule is fairly full during the week due to classes. I am unavailable on Mondays and Tuesdays, as I have classes all day. I am typically available after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and after 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. Unfortunately, I’m not available on Fridays or Saturdays, as I work long shifts both days. I’d be happy to help care for your pets during the times I’m available! I make sure that my dog is safe and happy at all times, I will hold the same standards for your pets. I am able to crate any dogs that need to be in their crate throughout the day, I can clean up any messes they make.

I currently have a dog, cat and horse treat business selling health pet treats at the local farmers markets with my 14 year old daughter. We live on 2 quiet acres outside of a small town. Nice walks are a must in the mornings and evenings on leash of course.

“This was our first time using Rover and we truly hit the lottery with Alexa. She took exceptional care of our sweet old man and showed so much compassion, patience, and empathy while staying with him over the weekend—which turned out to be some of his final days with us. Knowing Chance was loved and so well cared for during that time meant everything to our family. I would use Alexa again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend her highly enough. 💛”

“Aida was great!!! It was our first booking through Rover for our Rottie and cat. Aida’s communication was excellent even sending pictures of our guys during our time away. It was a great first experience!!!”

Your pet will be in great hands with me:) I just moved to MN from Texas with my husband and I’m saving up to help out with bills! About: I have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs through pet sitting for friends, family, and clients, and I currently share my home with multiple cats. I genuinely love cats and understand their routines, personalities, and boundaries. I also have experience supporting pets that are sick or recovering from injury, including monitoring behavior and providing attentive care. Living and working with animals has taught me patience, awareness, and how to adapt to each pet’s individual needs so they feel safe and well cared for. I am self employed so my time is truly my time I do NOT work for anyone else outside of the home so my focus is on my clients. I’m experienced with multi-cat households and pets that may need extra care or monitoring. Safety, patience, and clear communication are priorities so pets feel secure and owners feel confident while they’re away.
“Jo took care of our two large dogs in our home for a week. She provided daily updates and photos from their walks and snuggles. The dogs were happy and well-cared for, as was our house. “We booked Rachel for 6 days of dog sitting in our home so we could attend a wedding in Mexico. We had Rachel come over a few times for drop in visits and a meet and greet so she could tour the home and meet our dog. We are so thankful that we booked with Rachel! She communicated to us even though we were out of the country, sent photos, and updated us on our dog’s days. We have never been away from our dog this long - and we will definitely be booking Rachel again! She totally put us at ease. We had such a wonderful vacation knowing our Ruby was in good hands.
