About: I have grown up around animals and have always adored how wonderful companions they are. I grew up taking care of family members dogs when they went on vacations, which gave me early experience with feeding, walking, and general care. I also have some experience with cats from having one when I was younger and helping care for a few friends and family members cats over the years. I am comfortable helping with basic cat care such as feeding, litter box cleaning, and spending time with them. I have my own dog, Hadley, an 8 year old golden retriever. She is very spunky, sometimes a troublemaker, but very sweet. She loves walks and I have walked her for years and really enjoy doing so. Caring for her has helped me build strong experience with daily routines and understanding a dog’s needs. Within the past year, I started working at a shelter where I take care of dogs, including some with aggression and fear issues due to neglect and other reasons. I feed them, walk them, clean up after them, play with them, and give them love and attention while they wait to be adopted. That experience has taught me how to be around different types of dogs, adapt to their needs, and make sure our furry friends are always loved and cared for. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats of all sizes since I was little. I grew up with animals my whole life. When I turned 13, my neighbors would ask me to take care of their dogs and/or cats when they were gone. Whether it was feeding and letting them out or going on walks and cleaning the cat litter box or even giving them medication. I am currently enrolled at the University of Minnesota, majoring in Animal Science with a Pre-Veterinary focus. My spring semester schedule is fairly full during the week due to classes. I am unavailable on Mondays and Tuesdays, as I have classes all day. I am typically available after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and after 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. Unfortunately, I’m not available on Fridays or Saturdays, as I work long shifts both days. I’d be happy to help care for your pets during the times I’m available! I make sure that my dog is safe and happy at all times, I will hold the same standards for your pets. I am able to crate any dogs that need to be in their crate throughout the day, I can clean up any messes they make.
